The pizza itself is undeniably delicious, but the overall service and professionalism at Empire have left much to be desired. Despite having successfully ordered to my luxury apartment multiple times in the past, my recent experience was a complete letdown. It took an inordinate 1.5 hours for the pizza to be delivered directly from Empire, and when it finally arrived, it was disappointingly cold. Thinking it might be a one-off, I gave them another shot through GrubHub. Regrettably, that order never made it to me as the driver took off with it. Even after getting a refund from GrubHub, Empire’s response was far from understanding or accommodating — they informed me that I’ve been banned from future orders and would be reporting the driver to the police. While their pizza might be tempting, based on this experience, I’d caution anyone considering delivery. It might be best to pick up in person or perhaps seek out other establishments that prioritize customer experience.

This place went so down hill. It’s not like it was a couple of years ago. I ordered a beef patty with cheese and coco bread. ¼ of the patty and ½ of the coco bread was hard from over heating in the microwave. I ordered chicken nuggets with fries and the nuggets were kind of hard. The fries and nuggets tasted like old grease. As much time that passed, they should have a new menu with new prices. What I calculated was less than the extra $15 I was charged. They were agitated of me asking questions about the prices I was charged. This wouldn’t happen if the menu was updated. They can charge you whatever they want. I was a fan of theirs for years, but not anymore. I had a bad ex the last time I ordered a few months ago and figured that was just by chance, but this time was convincing enough. They went down. How sad… They used to be great, but now they’re just sorry as hell.

Good Pizza but they got the order wrong. I got the Hawaiian pizza but it had no Bacon on it which according to the app it was supposed to come with.Also I wanted regular garlic bread but they gave me garlic bread with cheese. However I would eat the pizza again.

Disgusting interior. Pizza was very bland ( cheese and pepperoni pizzas), and one was slightly burnt. Was hoping for straightforward, good pizza, but no such luck. This is our second time here and we will not be going back.

Called and asked for chicken and broccoli fettucini. Went to get food the bag was stapled in several places took it home and got spaghetti with no sauce and chopped chicken with chopped broccoli. Called and told them they gave me wrong order they said ” we don’t have fettuccini ……but I ordered fettuccini and you took the order then they gave me red spaghetti sauce because they don’t sell Alfredo sauce. Cost me almost 15.00. No refund.

The pizza there is very good as well as the other choices on the menu. But there’s only one or two people that wore masks. And most people who came to pickup their orders were not wearing any either. Those who chose to eat in I can understand not wearing a mask. But we did take out anyway as we would whenever we do order. Now isn’t the time w/the new variant out. Don’t think I’ll be doing take out for awhile. But again the food is great.

Ordered a simple cold grinder, it was all wrong. Half of Genoa/ham L/T/C/Vinegar and oil no mayo. I received 4 pieces of meat, mayo, no vinegar and oil they used lettuce that you make a house salad. Bread was old and hard. Awful Awful Awful. What if I was allergic to mayo? They don’t care. There not from this community, they don’t support this community. Don’t ever go here. There not us. Shame on me.
