I felt like I was crazy until I saw the rest of these reviews. The Spanish speaking staff in there was super rude, the other reviews are spot on. I did a curbside order because my 8 month old was asleep in her carrier in the back, pulled up right outside of the door going in because I didn’t see any curbside parking, and put my hazards on. I had only ordered 1 refresher, but sat there for 10 minutes. 5 cars went through the drivethru, 3 people went in and out, 1 employee even came out to her car that was parked directly next to mine and went back in. I finally hauled my baby and the carrier inside and let them know I had been waiting 10 minutes for one curbside item. They looked at me and said “Oh we can’t deliver it there the curbside spot is over there” and pointed to the OTHER side of the building and ACROSS the parking lot. You mean to tell me they were unable to walk directly out the front door and hand me the drink because it wasn’t the designated spot, even though it was closer and I literally watched an employee walk right up to my car not 5 minutes before? There was a car parked in the pick up spot when I came in AND the spot I chose was right next to the door because I was trying to be nice. I was able to carry 30 pounds and the drink back to my car just fine, but I guess those 3 workers were too busy gossiping to be able to. Unfortunately, the drink was completely wrong too, but I’m 100% certain that was intentional because the guy who gave it to me said “oh, you can definitely have your order” in this weird voice. It was straight out of a cartoon. I ordered the Watermelon green tea refresher and there was no green tea- it was literally water and sweetener. It’s fine though cause I reported that order to Dunkin corporate and they gave me 250 points, and I just made 3 drinks out of it using green tea I had at home.

My reflection is pretty much dependent on the quality of the beverage I always get. This location like many others is hit or miss in that regard. Its frustrating ordering the same thing every time yet something is almost always different.

Extremely unprofessional. Went in and waited 5 minutes until the young tall male employee was done cleaning to be helped. Two young hispanic men looked at me and continued on speaking in Spanish while the line of customers piled up. Was pleasantly surprised by the one employee that did decide to help me.

The Spanish afternoon workers are always nasty. I’ve seen this in previous reviews and I completely agree. They talk behind the customers and their white coworkers backs all the time. They think people who look relatively white can’t understand Spanish. Multiple times I’ve come in, two of the coworkers are snuggling or laying on booths, and almost always the Hispanic kids are on their phones. They don’t greet customers, or jump up to help take our orders. The white kids have taken my order every week for months, while the other workers sit on their phones. The shift manager is also always in the bathroom for 20-30 minutes holding up the line to the point my kids have to go somewhere else. Ridiculous.

The tall white young guy who suppose to be the manager works really really slow. It took him about 7 minutes to get me two scope of ice-cream. I was the only customer at the time. I am sure he did it on purpose, probably he doesn’t feel like to serve an old Asian people. He needs to be fired.

I really don’t know how this location is even still open! It’s horrible, staff just seem to run in circles, NEVER get my mobile order right, always missing items, my latte isn’t even hot or warm for that matter, they’ve tried giving me a medium drink before when I ordered and paid for a large and this time my drink wasn’t even close to a full cup! Then having to stand there and wait forever to ask for my correct order is ridiculous. Seriously get it together! Any other location is better than this one, unfortunately I’ve given them too many chances to get it together. I don’t want to order anymore from this location because it’s such a pain.

The Spanish speaking employees was rude . I stopped there on my way back from West Virginia. Paid with a $50 dollar bill. The kid at the register insisted on speaking Spanish to me every other word. Kept inspecting the bill while the older woman was making comments on the bill being counterfeit. When he finally charged me for my order it took 15 minutes to get my order . Which was wrong I asked for 25 chocolate munchkins they gave me mixed munchkins. 2 ice creams which took 10 minutes for the young man to get. On top of this did not gave me a receipt. PLEASE TEACH YOUR Bilingual employees to use their second language Spanish or whatever it is with the non speaking English customers. Also To stop being rude and making nasty comments in Spanish because there is more than one person out there that understand what they are saying. I didn’t get a receipt. I call the store ask for a manager they wouldn’t let me speak with the manager . I wish they had zero stars.

This is the most inconsistent DD ever. Their quality control is in serious need of attention. I get the same thing every time, cold brew (with or without cold foam), two creams, two pumps mocha. Yesterday I ordered the same thing I always do, but wanted to try their chocolate cold foam, so I swapped out the regular cold foam for the chocolate cold foam. Nothing else different other than that with how I ordered it, and I go there pretty much daily and always order the same way. Well they decided to make me a new specialty chocolate caramel drink off the menu that comes standard with 4 pumps of chocolate caramel swirl, chocolate cold foam, and THEN they added the 2 cream and 2 pumps mocha swirl on top of that, AND charged me extra for it! When I got to the window I let them know that it’s not quite what I ordered, that I just wanted the chocolate cold foam with what I normally order. Not like I think I deserve some special treatment, but the word Caramel never left my lips so they really did put the order in wrong. I just wanted the chocolate cold foam. When I explained this, instead of offering to remake my drink, she instead tells me I ordered it wrong and that I should have ordered it as black and then added things on. You don’t order a black coffee if you’re then adding cream?? Sorry I’m not a computer and I’m not going to order it in sequence with how you’d apparently need to punch it into your computer or something. Anyway I would say their cold brew tastes right 75% of the time- other time it either tasted like they didn’t make more in time and used their cold brew coffee but with a regular drip machine or they just don’t make it right and it’s super weak. Or, they just put iced coffee in the cup and charge for cold brew thinking customers won’t notice. This is the only location I’ve ever had so many issues with. This particular location doesn’t like to admit fault, and often the employees tell you “what you’ve done wrong” vs. acknowledging how they can improve or offering to fix it. Wish I lived closer to Mt. Airy location because their coffee always tastes right and I never have these issues.

I get a coffee here every morning. Usually I just drink it without checking. I don’t know what made me open the lid today. But I found a bug floating inside. This makes me wonder how many other drinks have I had where there have been bugs. This is disgusting!!
