I drive out of my way to come here. This is the best Jersey Mike’s Sub shop in Morris County, probably even in all of NJ! Execution of the right ingredients ratio, food is always fresh and everyone is friendly. No matter what the day or time is – all shifts. The manager is a caring person as well and you can see his influence on the team.

Ordered through DoorDash and Jersey Mike in Denville completely missed a whole item. How hard is it to get an order right? 3 items but 1 is completely missing. Now my wife has to wait another 40 min for her food, from somewhere else obviously since this place can’t complete an order, while mine gets soggy. Thankfully I can order from another Jersey Mike.

I would give a zero, if I could. They stole my money and continue to have issues giving it back. I had a bad experience when all 3 of my sandwiches were wrong. The management made a bunch of excuses and finally decided to refund my money. Instead, he charged my account. This has been going on for 2 weeks. He finally refunded me for the accidental charge and it wasn’t enough money. Not to mention they still owe me the refund from my original order. Ive had to get customer service involved multiple times as he refused to respond to me when I originally reached out. The entire management team at this location is rude and incompetent. I may have to get my credit card company and police involved if this isn’t resolved immediately. Don’t go to the location!!! You’ve been warned!!

The best that can be said was it was clean. Regular not great subs. They even ran out of onions… wouldn’t take the minutes to slice a few. The price was unbelievable. A 4 inch mini was $8 bucks . I will not go back.

Reliable sub joint. If you get it Mike’s way, you should be eating it in 10 minutes or less, otherwise soggy-city. Best to get the oil, vinegar and mayo on the side.

Guys, you are using too much oil. Love Jersey Mike’s but find the employees are not being trained right with ratio of oil to vinegar. Just got a greasy sandwich, wrapper soaked in oil.
