They’ve done stuff like this multiple times. The only thing consistent is their customer service. Otherwise, my wife and I have had so many of our orders messed up, and simple things as well. No whip cream, no creamer, ect. We’ve been finding ourselves going OUT of our way, to go to the location by the community college. Less line, better service over all. Oh, and happy international donut day -_-

The experience was terrible, I walked in to the store and up to the register to put in an order. When I walked up no one was there to greet me. I wanted to order something from the Baskin Robbins area. There was someone back there cleaning the area and restocking. They looked at me multiple times but didn’t come to the register. I saw another person return from the bathrooms so I presumed they were running the register. They went behind the counter and started working on filling orders from the drive thru, but they looked at me several times and knew there was not any orders for me. This is when I realized that there touch screens to put in orders so I clicked on it but they do not sell anything for Baskin Robbins through that system so I cancelled it out. The one cleaning looked at me several more times, walked past me several times and just tried their best to ignore me. I stood there for several more minutes and was looked at several more times but ignored. I don’t think I should have to ask for service when I am standing at the counter holding money in my hand but I guess this is the new level of customer service that can be expected from this establishment.

Did an online and walked in and I had to wait 5 min for my drink to be ready when I ordered ahead. When I got my drink, they forgot to give me my donut that I ordered a long with my drink. I told the lady I was missing a donut and she completely ignored me I said me up I missing my doughnut and told her , the flavor she said in a minute. I understand they get busy, but when she ignored me for another 10 minutes and did not give me my get someone else is attention and that person ignored for me too. This place is so slow. The boys are sloppy and rude and the place is always disgusting looking. I used to go there when they had different management but now it’s just terrible.

There is a manager named raju who is just horrible. they’d made my order wrong so I went back to get my sandwich remade but he refused! I didn’t come in with any hostility or disrespect but that was all I was met with. After some back and forth I’d eventually requested a refund. On top of all this I’d noticed he’s also very hostile with his workers. He honestly needs to be fired. If I can give 0 stars I would.

Anyone who knows me knows I love Dunkin and truly run on their coffee. The location that I usually go to on Oak Ridge is being remodeled. But luckily there are two other locations close by the one on Dual Hwy. is now my go to. I’ve got to have my coffee and bagel every day and really couldn’t function without them. They are just as good at this location all the way around no complaints.

I came to this Dunkin’ Donuts this morning to get coffee on my way to work and they were slammed… Super busy. I went inside to order and you could tell the employees were feeling the rush but they did a great job. I screwed up my order on the kiosk to make matters worse for them, but the younger light skinned lady was very respectful and fixed my order for me.

The customer service is just horrible. There is a manager named raju who is ridiculous, my order was wrong so I went back and simply asked for it to be remade but he refused. Addressed me disrespectfully and had no concern for me as a customer or his title as MANAGER. He honestly needs to be fired. If I could I’d give zero stars.
