I at one point would have called this location a 4 star, but I am forced to lower their rating due to recent actions by their location and the company at large. Three times my order was badly made. One of those times they at least refunded my money. One of those times, they claimed they had no beef, and made me come back the next day, saying that they did not have a refund policy at all. The third time I ordered through their phone app, and was told at the location that they had no beef, but because they were unable to make my order, I would not be charged. This was a lie, as I was indeed charged. The company refused to issue a refund, and told me to simply go back to the store and ask for my food the following day. I did so, and was told that they had no order with my name, so there was nothing they could do, leaving me 40 dollars short, with an ever so gracious 5 dollar coupon towards my next order through their phone app. This is not even mentioning the fact that of late, orders put through to their location routinely were made wrong and required me to go back the next day to get them filled. At one point, I had paid for onion rings and was told at the window that they had just sold their last onion rings, so I would not be getting any. If I had not mentioned it at the window, I would have gone home without the rings, and would not have gotten refunded for the cost of the onion rings that they did not intend to tell me that they would not be making.

I’m from Jacksinville…home of the Whopper..my experience in Queensbury was awful, so I was apprehensive..I ordered a bacon double no ketchup and an iced coffee…the burger was delicious! Hot, juicy and made correctly and the coffee was perfect..a little over 4 bucks and I was one happy camper..The drive thru staff was friendly and even complimented my car….I will be back!

I ordered two veggie burgers, 1 with bbq sauce, cheese, and lettuce and 1 with ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, lettuce and cheese. When I got my order the first veggie burger was fine, but the second one was missing the cheese and the sauces were pouring out the side. I decided to bring it back in because veggie burgers are expensive and I also paid for cheese that I didn’t get. After bringing it in, they put cheese on the new burger but instead up putting the lettuce I ordered, they put pickles. Again, the sauce was pouring out the side and completely unedible. I ate as much as I could before throwing it out. Also when I went inside to show them the problem, I was not greeted in a friendly manner. The employees seemed annoyed that there was an issue with my order and annoyed that they had to fix it. I thought after seeing the burger oozing with sauces and all over the place they would make the second would better, but it was honestly worse.

The first cashier I approached was snarky, but the woman next to her noticed quickly and went out of her way to make sure we were okay. I’m a breadless eater and they presented my burgers and veggies pretty well for fast food! I’m a happy camper!

Their drive thru is set up so anybody can just skip the line and make people wait. And they dont care. Expect a 20+ minute wait for probably incorrect food.

First the cashier was rude to my grandfather! She couldn’t understand him because of his accent and she snapped but I tried to help so no one would get frustrated. The drink machine area was a mess and disgusting! Barley filled with anything like soda and ice were low and everywhere. Crumbs all over the tables! The food was cold and sloppy. On the bright side my kids liked their BK kids meal and they had paw patrol on the TV. The bathrooms definitely needed to be clean and one stall had no Toilet paper and an employee was in there and heard that we had no Toilet paper and still did nothing to help at all. The drive thru people are always rude! The Glens Falls NY location is definitely the worst Burger King I have been too definitely take the extra few minutes and go to Queensbury NY usually fresh and friendly service.
