My only experience with this particular Dairy Queen was subpar. They were probably understaffed. However, I still expect my food to be of decent quality. The hamburger meat tasted like it has been in the warmer for at least 25 minutes longer than it should have. And my Mountain Dew was almost completely out of syrup, so it tasted worse than normal water. The fries tasted like they were probably at least 10 minutes past the intended holding time as well. I am willing to wait 20 minutes to get fresher food than get expired food after being in the drive through for 10 minutes. I understand that the staff probably has to keep their drive through time low so the district manager doesn’t get onto them, or something similar to that. However, I personally think it’s more important to serve the intended quality food, than to keep the time down for the drive through as much as possible, without caring about food quality.

Came in ordered a blizzard with chocolate soft serve and chocolate DIP. Came with chocolate syrup. Went back to counter asked for them to remake it and was told it had dip not syrup. I said, “No,I should be able to see the chocolate specs. Please remake it.” After 5 people gathered around the blizzard behind the counter, with rolling eyes and smirking glances, it was remade by just adding the dip. I didn’t want syrup in it. Now it doesn’t taste the way I like it. Won’t be able to finish it. With the attitude displayed, I won’t go back in and ask them to make it the way I requested. I will not be back. I have many other choices of where I can spend my money. By the way, for the young man who decided to argue with me, the photo shows how it looks with dip in it.

food was cold. smelt like old grease. ice cream was melted. and to top it off, i saw a roach on the floor. threw all the food away and left immediately. asked for a refund from the red haired manager. got denied and she had so much attitude and was very rude. never going back.

Update- Thank you. The issue is hot fudge sundae cups and elderly people. They couldn’t handle them. Too difficult. Ended up getting more ice cream on them than eating it. Brittany at the drive thru needs to listen. We just ordered hot fudge sundaes and asked for them to be put in blizzard cups. It was asked several times and she said ok several times. Again at the window. The sundaes were not in the blizzard cups. It was not an unreasonable request and there was a reason for it. This is not a cup.

I love a good Dairy Queen Cherry Blizzard and today was no different. Although I took my order to go I did go in to order. While waiting to do so, I observed a young man doing the cleaning and sanitizing. Wish I would have gotten his name but failed to. But be sure, those tables and chairs are “CLEAN”!!! Wonderful job, “young man”! Hope you see this!

They got so much of our order wrong, I don’t even know where to begin. If I’m paying $5 and get enough food for my family, sure, i won’t complain. But $45 for a meal and ice cream, that’s ridiculous. We had to go all the way back to fix our order, and the manager just replaced it. Turns out, orders on the app don’t show “add/remove” the same as they do in the restaurant. DQ needs to get that fixed ASAP.

Location is super dirty and smells like old fryers. The windows separating the kitchen and the front counter were covered with great. Staff was rude and took forever to acknowledge customers. Bathrooms were disgusting.

Can’t reach them by phone busy signal for 2 days probably indefinitely. Food was absolute trash, fries weren’t edible like some disgruntled employee had been saving them for days, had thrown gravy into the box all over the food. Threw entire order in the trash didn’t want to go through the drive through again after being ignored there had to order at the window . Cars were trying to back out or getting stuck waiting it was completely amateur hour and I’m out $30.

Not a great job tonight ladies and gentlemen. We place and order for 5 blizzards a banana split and some other thing. Service was good until the end when me received our order. Chocolate all over the large and some on the meds. Then didn’t do the flip check. When I asked the lady said it has lids. Well yes it does. Pretty much not a good experience.
