The older woman (I’m assuming a supervisor or manager based on her professionalism) was extremely kind and helpful even though I was visibly upset that I placed my order to another store. She made sure my food was correct and properly mixed my drink. She was just a really good person. I really appreciate her patience and swiftness.

Why don’t the employees acknowledge the customers. They don’t greet you, they don’t acknowledge your order and when you are lucky you get a “uh-huh” as a response. It would be awesome to get a “thank you” or “you’re welcome”.

I didn’t love the coffee, tasted of the flavoring and almost no coffee. The donut and breakfast sandwich was great though. The kid at the front counter was OK. Not too friendly but not mean. I’d go again for the breakfast sandwich.

Todays service was rude and slow, many customers in here when I got there seemed very uncomfortable, for some reason everyone’s order was coming out wrong and had to be remade, heard one guy say he had waited over 30 minutes for his sandwich, I only waited about 10 but it was also made incorrectly, had to wait another 5 minutes to have it remade and the staff seemed confused and was rude when I asked for my order to be made correctly. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and got a sausage egg and cheese, I don’t like dunkins sausage, should be an easy fix without attitude.

Yea not really great. Selection of donuts is slim at like 1pm. Filling was very little for the jelly filled. LOL Harris teeter now has better quality donuts.

First time putting a negative review..employees are tired yawning and not helpful at all..environment is awkward..put all cofees in the pick up area and I wanted to ask if it was fine and no one was around..was with my special need daughter and needed to get out fast..never coming again.

Okay. This may be the most difficult review of my career. I did a mobile order here and someone took it, u know what it happens, whatever. I tell the woman behind the counter and show her my order and she accuses me of lying? Then proceeds to have the worst attitude to me and made someone else bring the drink to me. Worst experience here by far. But then… last time I had the best experience….. It was a younger boy working and he was like I might’ve messed up your coffee and asked how crispy I wanted my hash brown???? That was A+ service and he saved this review. If u walk in and see the middle aged lady, just save yourself and leave.. everyone else is cool though ‍♀️

I went here a few weeks ago and although my coffee was good(I got a hot iced vanilla latte, and a Sourdough Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwich) that was good also, but there were no knives to cut the sandwich in half and I stood in front to see if they had any knives and no one was available to ask. Also, one of the guys up at the front(worker) seemed to be playing rap music from his phone. Very unprofessional and annoying to the customers who were sitting in the restaurant trying to enjoy their meal. My friend was trying to use the app to get hash browns with her order(I believe for free) and the people up front didn’t know how she could re-deem them in the app(they should be able to know how to use the app if they work there in my opinion)So my friend wasn’t happy about that. I don’t think we’ll be coming back here until they get some more professional people at the front who know what they’re doing, otherwise I have no complaints for my coffee and my sandwich.
