Barrio Costero was built by four friends with a passion for creating remarkable experiences through community, collaboration, and sharing delicious food. The food was good, but the overall experience was a bit disappointing. The menu is very limited – especially for anyone with food allergies. My husband is allergic to shellfish, and that’s usually not an issue, but various items contained shellfish and it wasn’t possible to order any of them without it. We also tried to get some guacamole for our one year old, but it wasn’t possible to order a non-spicy option. The jalapeños were already mixed in. The service was also slow – we had a hard time getting our waitress’ attention. We did order the fish, chicken, and chicken special tacos and they were good. Not a bad meal but not one to rave about either.

Food and ambiance were great! Service was okay. Our waiter was new and learning the menu. I had the vegetarian tacos. Hands down the best vege tacos I’ve ever had. Think: party in our mouth. So good! My daydream cocktails was so refreshing. I would definitely go again when I’m in the mood for tapas and cocktails.

Excellent flavors, delicious food, and unique preparation and presentation. Large gluten-free selections. Small-ish portions (think tapas) and a little pricey (not the best value) but the pros far outweigh the cons and that’s why I keep coming back. Awesome tequila menu. Service is fast

Was an amazing experience, the starter Guac and Chips that had an amazing jalapeño spice to it. In addition the Burrata cheese was an amazing combination of flavors with great floral accents and an amazing sauce. The Pork Belly was crispy but juicy with loads of flavor and spice. It was well complimented with the apples on top, the crispy peices on bottom, with a sweet apple sauce. The pork wrapped in a banana leaf took me to autumn with the sauce was very warm and welcoming. The fish tacos were fresh and spiced but was a little underwhelming compared to the rest. Our red velvet cake was moist, went great with the ice cream, and the sauce with what I made out to be chunks of pineapple was amazing!

By far the best restaurant I’ve been to in a long time!!! I don’t eat radishes, but the pickled radishes on my chicken tacos were beyond amazing I devoured the whole thing.I don’t eat radishes but the pickled radishes on my chicken tacos were beyond amazing. I devoured the whole thing. I also tried the veggie tacos which were excellent and the fish tacos, which was Saturday, August 5 and we had the Sand shark fish tacos and they were awesome as well. I will kiss the chef if I could’ve but do you know I will be back for the gold cobra cocktail the . I will kiss the chef if I could’ve but do you know I will be back for the gold cobra cocktail, Paloma cocktail, and the disco zombie. I have to say I enjoyed myself thoroughly and if I even had an event, I would do it here because I know the food is fresh. Great quality and wonderful cocktails.

Food is excellent. Drinks were great. Presentation is beautiful. I came with a party of 4 and everyone got their food except me. I was upset that i didnt get to eat but it was fixed right up by getting my plate for free and complementary drinks while i waited. This is an awesome place if youre looking for mexican food and drinks. Will def come back!

Haven’t been to a place in a while that was a solid 5/5 enter to exit. Host and server were fantastic. We came on a Thursday and ordered most of our food and drink off the HH menu. Margaritas came with a bunch of salt options (!?), tacos seasoned perfectly, and the guac was great. The check was served in a Jacob’s Ladder! I already want to go back. Oh wait – get the individual nacho!

Horrible service. We went over the weekend and the host was slow to put us on the list again. It seems that this place is going downhill. Go elsewhere if you want to be seated in less than 3 hours and have good food. The food here is comparable to Taco Bell, if not worse.
