Coffee and bagel I have no problem with. It was the drive thru employee. She was rude and curt from the time I pulled up from the speaker. I don’t need to be coddled but as a person with 40 plus years in customer service I recognize when a person has no clue how to give an ounce of customer service. I know we all have bad days but we still need to leave it at the door and at least be polite. Sunday 16July just about 12:00PM.

I go here pretty frequently. I love DD! The last three times I have ordered a blueberry iced coffee. 5 cream 5 sugar. And would you guess all 3 times I had to turn around and go back in because they didn’t put the sugar in it. Three times. I’m on my way to work I don’t have time to stop and reorder. It’s frustrating

Stopped to pick up a mobile order around 6 PM on 6/26/23, the mobile order contained 2 small, iced lattes and was placed at least 10 minutes in advance, pulled in to not a single customer, entered the store to dead silence and all four employees glued to their cell phones. Waited another 5-10 minutes for someone to make the order.

I went in today and ordered one coffee, the same one I always get, it was made wrong. The costumer service was very disappointing. Every single Dunkin’ donuts i’ve been to in the past has had incredible, kind, and fast service, except this one. I was also never asked if i wanted a recipe, so I asked kindly if I could have the one that printed, the girl taking my order barely acknowledged it and handed me the crumpled up receipt she was about to throw away, now I work in fast food and I know you can easily reprint one, so this was upsetting. Even as I left I said have a nice to her and nothing was said in return. 🙁

Went through the drive thru…associate at drive- thru window was not in uniform, she looked very thrown together & had zero personality! The food was over- cooked on one side & the other side was not even cooked. I will not be visiting this particular DD again.

I’ve been going here for a while and the food is good and has a wide variety of food to choose from, the service isn’t bad it’s just normal. The inside of here has a not so well atmosphere, me and my friends are sitting here eating and the workers are talking about random subjects out loud and including cuss words which isn’t good if children are here to eat.

Save your time and money. Slow service and they get my order of a simple coffee with cream wrong 50% of the time. Starting to feel like they give you a wrong order just to mess with people. Today they gave me a coffee with 9 cream and 9 sugar! Waste of time and money. Go to a local coffee shop instead.

I can’t say much about the place, but I know my wife loves the coffee there and she’s always a little nicer after she gets it. Me, I don’t drink coffee, too much caffeine in it. I usually stick to MTN DEW, NOS, Red Bull, RipIt, and a few other energy drinks to substitute water in my diet. I mean, I still use water for things like showers, washing hands, dishes, but that coffee stuff. It’s dangerous!

Good place overall with quick and efficient service. Nice workers. I would reccomend ordering on the app and pulling through the drive through to get your food. My only complaint is that sometimes we get the wrong kind of donut, or there is not enough cream in a coffee and those are the little things that annoy people the most. Dunkin could pay more attention the the orders in the future.
