Got the Pita pretty quick, it was OK, and the were fair. The issue I had was that the tables and floor were disgusting. We were in this establishment for roughly twenty minutes. The manager, cashier, and two civilians who were there before we entered this establishment. Did not move from the front counter our entire visit. Just stood there and chatted while the place was a disgusting wreck. Do better please !!!

Food is amazing each time I get it but there’s something fishy going on in the drive through. Over the last few months I went from getting my food immediately in the drive to waiting 30 minutes in the parking lot. They just send every single drive through order to the lot and carry it out to us. I feel like this is fraudulent to the district “numbers” and won’t change as long as the drive through times keep low like they fabricate.

There is a sign that says 24 hrs. I got to the drive through at 0400 and there was no answer on the speaker. I went around and noticed two employees dead asleep in the dining area. I knocked on the glass and finally the male woke up. He came to the door and i asked him what was going on. He stated since they were both on break, they were closed at the moment. It is sad to have to hire people who literally steal money by sleeping on the job. I was so looking forward to my #28 today

I got the classic buttery jack combo an 2 of the jack wraps one grilled spicy an the other original crispy. It took 30 min for me to get my food because they gave it to some one else an then when I got my food the sandwich wasn’t warm, the wraps were cold an so were the frys.

Was really excited to have a Jack In The Box here and get my favorite Sourdough Jack but…when placing my order in the drive through, I was told they were out of Sourdough Jacks. Disappointed but still hungry (and trapped between vehicles), I ordered something else. Spent 30 min in the drive through waiting to get my food. Got up to the window and the guy taking payment said the chip reader wasn’t working. Since I don’t carry cash, and he didn’t care to try a different register or card reader, we left disappointed, hungry, and frustrated. I was really hoping Jack In The Box would save our little town from the every day hum drum stuff that’s been here forever. Guess good ole, reliable Wendy’s is all we still have, at least, until Burger King opens up.

Sunday at 12:30 ish am I made an online order to pick up in drive through. I went into the parking lot and pressed the button to start making the order. I headed for drive through and they were “closed”. Employees were sitting out in the parking lot. I went in Sunday afternoon to talk to a manager about getting a refund. I tried to get a refund but couldn’t figure out how. Went in today around 5 pm and a manager said they’d make the food. She even made one of the sandwiches a combo for the inconvenience. Got my food and very disappointed. Both burgers weren’t hot and all the fries weren’t even slightly hot. Not very happy that it took me two days to get my food and it wasn’t even hot.

Make sure you check your order before you leave. We stopped here on the way home from Tucson to Douglas and we learned the hard way to check your order. Paid $50 for one cheeseburger combo and two bowls. Order should have been 2 burger combos, 2 teriyaki combos and an order of mini tacos. Didn’t find out until we got home.

Before I was very unhappy with the service when I first went in about 5 or 6 weeks ago, sometime shortly after they opened. But for the past 3 weeks I’ve I went in they have done a great job and had much better staff working the front everytime. Food is good, staff is friendly and seems like they work good as a team. Very happy with the service and is now my goto place in town. I recommend the #16 Chicken Teriyaki bowl combo with egg roll. It’s really good and has been fresh and cooked to perfection every single time I’ve ordered it. Also the cheesecakes are an awesome dessert! I’m glad to have somewhere else to go to because the wendys is just awful! So for that I’m thankful!
