This is by far one of the least desirable Burger Kings in the area. The staff are extremely rude, rush you through ordering and act as if it’s a huge inconvenience to ask for something as simple as ketchup. The food is rarely fresh even when it’s busy and is just sub par. Also they don’t pay attention to their menu boards.. They had a sign that had fallen down for over a month and never fixed it even after mentioning it multiple times.. If the owner’s of this restaurant read these please send help to this establishment and bring some glory back to the Burger King name.

Ordered a burger with no cheese. Sent a cheeseburger back to them, the cook wiped off the cheese and sent it back. Along with other things wrong with the order. The employees were laughing because of the way were becoming after realizing what they had done. They did not, in any way, say sorry for any of their attitudes or the order. I reached out several times the website over the incident with no response. Absolutely would never go there again or any other for their lack of customer service.

Great voice on take out order. However, for this and a large number of Burger King restaurants we have ordered take out in our travels for the last two to three years, the food is almost always cold, maybe lukewarm on occasion. Please consider making hot or, at best, warm food gets delivered to customers at take out windows, nation-wide!!

I’m extremely disappointed. Grabbing food from a fast food place is taking me longer than going out to a restaurant. I’ve been asked to wait to make an order. Waited for over 10 min. And I placed an order online and paid for it already. Asked to park and wait. Overall it’s been about 30 min now. The management should hire more workers and actually work on this place.

I LOVE Burger King. But lately it seems like the bread has been sitting out for weeks. Crumbles upon taking a bite, and slowly disintegrates from there. Even when your parked to wait, it seems like the food never comes out hot. The staff and restaurant exceeds expectations However the food has loss its appeal and therefor my business has been extremely rare these days. Yes there is other options, but seriously why go of you can’t get that flame broiled whopper? Just has been a great disappointment of a burger in the past 3 experiences. Sorry not sorry.

Ozark Burger King is the worst. I go there on the weekends cause I’m sick to death of McDonald’s. 9 out of 10 times I go there they have no biscuits. This is after eliminating biscuits and gravy from the menu altogether for reasons I’ll never understand. Then, miraculously, when they DO have biscuits, they’re like hockey pucks you break your teeth on. I understand the understaffed and the food cost woes, but they are never THAT busy, and as my wife was a manager there for years I know you could run that store efficiently with 3 employees. If you’re not going to do things right, then just shut down already and let a Hardee’s or some other business take over. Literally the worst of the worst. Y’all need new management badly.

This Burger King has a massive management problem, we will literally drive the next town over to go to that one if we have the time. The last 3 times we have gone they have gotten every single item in the order wrong including putting everything on a plain hamburger…..on top of that there has been a 20 to 30 minute wait every time with 3 or less cars in line. To night the highs hook kid at the window said “ yea it’s going to be a while so enjoy your wait” if this is a franchise restaurant Burger King needs to revoke their franchise license…. It’s so bad

30 minutes after my online order was placed they realized they never made it. I waited, after 45 minutes I finally got my burger and fries. Would never had made it to begin with if I’d not got fed up and went to the counter. Even then the manager made it seem like I was the problem. Worst place to eat in SW MO.

Bathrooms were disgusting floors in dining area were filthy and sticky crumbs on all tables. The bathrooms smelled and looked like they had not been cleaned in weeks. When I asked for a manager a kid that couldn’t have been 17 years old came to the counter and just nodded when I told them about the bathrooms. I will NEVER go there again and the health department will be notified about their uncleanliness and I will get ahold of corporate to let them know about the extreme incompitance at this store

I haven’t eaten at Burger King in years, but I saw the Ghost Pepper Whopper and thought I’d give it a try. Well, it’s phenomenal! It’s even better paired with their jalapeño bites! Can’t wait to have another! 🙂
