I went in with my husband to get some doughnuts And the staff was very unkind. I was trying to decide how many and what I wanted and the person kept rushing me when we we’re literally the only ones in there and there was nobody in drive through. made me feel very unwanted. it was rude and unkind. the donuts are dry and stale. And my drink is watery. they just wanted to talk amongst themselves about some gossip rather than take the time to see what it was I wanted. They kept cutting me off anytime I was asking a question. And it was really rude. if I could leave a 0 star I would. Don’t go here.

A bit frustrated we were waiting at the window they saw us waiting and decided to turn all the lights off so they didn’t have to take our order. As we drove past they were watching us leave. not cool!! Evidently Dunkin’ Donuts is above serving their customers now.

This Dunkin’ location is very convenient for me and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. The app is the easiest way to order and I typically walk in most days to pick up the drink at the counter. The new chocolate caramel cold brew is my new favorite specialty drink.

This location cannot handle being slightly busy. Several times, I’ve gone inside because there was a line at the drive-thru, or because I needed to use the restroom. No one waiting at the counter to order. Just me. I’ve stood there between 5 and 7 minutes on several occasions, and no one even acknowledges your existence. It literally takes nothing to say “we’ll be right with you.” Each time, I have left without ordering. There are other local options nearby. Do yourself a favor and Google “coffee near me” and go to those places.

Early morning visit for coffee and breakfast before hitting the road. Breakfast croissant and bagel took 10 minutes to prepare and both were burnt. Coffee wasn’t prepared to our liking as both needed more sugar, but this was an easy fix we could manage on our own.

I would give a negative star at this point for this location solely because they raised the price of the coffee I used to get by 22%. This Dunkin Donuts location is very convenient for me however I will start going back to Starbucks in Harris Teeter. I understand that raising prices needs to happen but not by 22%. When I asked the lady at the drive-through today what the price difference increased too – she had an attitude with me. The reason I needed to ask what the new price was is because it’s not reflected on the drive-thru menu. Up to this point – I’ve had a great experience at this location. It’s too bad that one encounter and one price increase has now turned me off of Dunkin Donuts for good.

Ordered a Breakfast sandwich and wrap. The egg from the sandwich was clearly split in half and put on the wrap leaving half the sandwich with no egg. Food was luke warm.

Not one to normally leave reviews but this was my first and only experience at the Surf City Dunkin Donuts. I tried to order a latte through the drive thru not realizing they had a sign taped to the speaker explaining their machine was down. I was looking at the menu board when ordering and did not even notice the sign, that is my bad entirely. However, it is how the staff responded to me when I ordered that has turned me away from this location. Staff seem very unhappy to be working here and who ever is running the drive thru needs a serious attitude check. Very very rude.
