The times Ive been to this location it was always dead yet the store looked unkept and there is just a strange vibe emanating from staff. I now either drive across town or in tourist season I just hit Starbucks.

Ordered an Iced Carmel Marvel, watched the staff make it wrong and then they tried to charge me a $1 for Ice to put in my ICED drink. The drink was bad and warm. Will not be ordering coffee from here again. 🙁

This is my second time having biggby. The first was good but at a different location. I told the employee last time I hade peppermint mocha. She suggested the butterscotch bear saying it’s her favorite. I said ok I will give it a try. 40 minutes later after the 4 individuals whom ordered behind me got their order and left, I was asked if I was waiting for something by the same young lady that took my order. I said yea the butterscotch latte you suggested. She points to a medium sized cup and says it’s right there. I said I ordered a 24 Oz. She says to me the other worker must have gotten it confused. I thought yea if she had made it maybe. so I say that’s ok refund me the 24 Oz and I will purchase the smaller size. She said oh she’s already started the 24 Oz and took off with it. I was in there almost an hour to pay 8 bucks for a plain coffee with cream. I taste no butterscotch nor Carmel. I do believe she made the smaller size intentionally because after all that is her favorite one. I will not be back. The whole experience was a head ache….oh and coincidentally both bathrooms are out of order. I actually went in there to pee. I will definitely stick with making my own coffee else where at a reasonable price also.

If I could leave a zero stars as they earned it. Ordered coffee online from the order online tab on their Google page. Trying to make it more efficient so it was ready when I got there. The link drove the order through doordash. After 40 minutes they still haven’t started my order. I went inside. The lady at the counter said that oh it’s DoorDash. We haven’t started any of our door dash orders. I waited another 20 minutes and approach the counter. She said that they still hadn’t started any of the orders. You know I watch several customers come and go ordering coffee and their orders being filled and getting their coffee. I explained I’m not a doordash worker. I simply just placed my order from the online link and my son and I have been waiting an hour for our coffee to be made. Meanwhile, you’re making coffee for people that ordered an hour after me. She said again that they Have you even got to their doordash orders and I was down on that list so it was going to be a while. Absolutely ridiculous. I get waiting for coffee if they’re busy if I’m waiting over an hour because they refuse to start my order and take care of people ahead of me. I’ve got a problem with that. Such a waste of time and disappointment. Order she should be completed in the order they were received. Since she refused to make my order and kept taking and making new customers orders I had to cancel My order and go to Starbucks
