Never coming here again ! Worst place ever ! Waited 25-30 mins for my drink , which it wasn’t made right and then when I went to the second window another 15 mins for my crossisant stuffer which was over cooked real bad !! And the girl amanda had the worst attuide and didnt care about how long it toke ! There was only 2 cars behind us , so I figured drive through is quick but I guess not !

We visit this location nearly every morning, I order my coffee the same way every morning and somehow I get a different coffee every day. The inconsistency and lack of care shown from the employees is insane. There’s maybe one or two good employees that make my coffee correctly, otherwise it’s always a miss. Just a heads up to anyone thinking about swinging in. Let me start off with WHAT HAPPENED?? This was one of my favorite locations in the area and I had hoped maybe it was a once off so I came back 3 seperate times, on different days at different times and I will never visit this location again. The customer service is horrible, the drinks and food inconsistent and are made incorrectly, or put together incorrectly.. the first instance the associate vented at us indicating her other associates weren’t working, and when we tried her drinks one was just espresso and one was just sweet.. we went up the road to have it fixed.. today when we went they told me to wait (which is fine) but then once they came back they had THE biggest attitude like I was an inconvenience to them.. she continued to have major attitude in me ordering things I was going to order another drink for my brother but decided not to because of the attitude, quite honestly I was about to just drive away I can’t believe that you let your staff act like that, and continue to make the drinks incorrectly . I will not be returning to this location and seeing as how this location is ran by the same franchise as the others I probably won’t be visiting those as well. Get your people some better training and some customer service training. Customers should not be berrated for your associates bad day, and if they can’t handle a line of 4 cars maybe they should find a different job.. I did customer service and worked in food my entire life and I’d have been written up or fired for way less

I went twice! Both to and from Augusta! Friendly, fast, and everything made very nicely. My friend commented that her ice tea refresher was just perfect. I tried the new grilled cheese sandwich and loved it! It had lots of cheese and the bread was just a bit crusty on the edges….better than I make at home lol! Plus I got a new reusable cup 🙂 10 out of 10!

Stopped at this location to grab a large regular sweet iced tea. The girl made a large green iced tea with no sugar. When I asked her to remake it, she gave me push back on something I’ve ordered multiple times. On top of that, her customer service skills were non existent and she was very rude. At the end, I still did not receive what I ordered. This is why I usually don’t go to this particular franchise if I want Dunkin. It was out of convenience that I even stopped- won’t make that mistake again.

I spend 20 to 25 minutes here after placing a mobile order and no one that came out. In that time I counted only six cars going through drive thru. There was literally no reason for me not to receive my order. There’s no take out at this location, and my vehicle is too large for drive-thru. I will not be returning to this location.
