We have gone here before but we were very disappointed. We arrived before the dinner crowd at 530 reservation. We did not receive our appetizers until 7. We were a group of nine hungry people 3 of which were younger children. The meal which were steaks were very disappointing. Drinks were constantly being refilled until we were at a point where all we wanted was food. Appetizers almost arrived same time as dinner. Which we all had ordered steaks which turned out for the price to be a big disappointment . The wait staff was very kind and apologized often .We weren’t told until a long wait for appetizers that they had run out of stuffed mushrooms. I had told everyone this was a great place with great food. I ended up Apologizing to everybody for the poor service and the poor food . Usually I write a good review but this was an around very bad experience!!!

We chose this place for our wedding reception dinner on 9/9/17 because my fiance & I had gone here many, many, many times over the previous 14 years. We had always spent roughly $100. for the 2 of us each time we went, but it was worth it, at that time. My daughter had made reservations at 7 p.m. for the 17 of us 3 weeks prior to this night. There was ample time for management to make sure everything would go smoothly for my new husband & I, & our guests. They KNEW this was for a wedding reception. What a complete & utter joke. As the bride, I was thoroughly embarrassed that I had made the decision to have our dinner here. From the second my husband & I arrived, our waitress was rude. Knowing this was for a wedding dinner, I would expect the staff to be upbeat, happy & very accommodating. And it was almost as if she was forced to give us a simple congratulations. And that was just the very beginning of our awful experience! It took forever for our drinks, appetizers & food to be served. Some salads were served as others were getting their meals. Some food came cold. My step daughter & her husband’s food never came. After waiting till the rest of us were nearly finished, she asked the waitress about it. The chef had never even gotten the order that was placed for them because their portion had been cut off the ticket! They had requested that their steak be cooked medium, but it came raw. They asked it to be taken back & corrected. It came back still raw. At that time the rest of us were already finished, & our 2 year oldgranddaughter was beginning to get fussy so they just said they wanted to go boxes. So the manager came out & apologized to them & comped their order. Our appetizer was also comped because it didn’t come out until our food did. My daughter’s food was also comped for some other reason. There were so many screw ups that night. One waitress for 17 people? Ya think that may have had something to do with all of the problems!? Yet the manager was snooty about it & said there was enough staff for us? 7 tickets & only 3 of them left a tip.

I give the service and ambiance of Wolf Creek a 5, however with the word ‘steakhouse’ in the name I feel that they fell far short when it comes to the New York steaks that both my friend and I ordered. I’m not sure if they had a rookie chef or what, but I have been grilling NY steaks in my backyard for years that are far better than what I was served. I ordered medium rare, but mine was 100% medium. The steak portion was thinner that what you can buy at Costco or any reputable meat store. And worse of all, it was basically tasteless, like no seasoning whatsoever. It was equivalent to what you would expect to get with a $15 diner meal.

Booked 2.5 weeks ahead of time for a wedding dinner party of 17. Took about 25 mins to even get drinks. After order was put in late took about 40 mins to even get our salad and breads. The bride and groom received their appetizer 15/20 minutes later then eveyone else. Manager was great and offered the app free for them, which was appreciated. Waitress was beyond rude too when I told her my steak was way under cooked and just walked away! About 3 other people’s steaks were undercooked as well… I used to love this place… now I will never go back. They have been going down hill since the new take over… our big party of 17 and NONE of us will be going back. It was disappointing to have so many issues on my mom and dad’s wedding dinner. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Went there a few weeks ago and had one of the best steaks we’ve had in years. Both my wife and I were very pleased. Service was great and food was excellent. The price was high, but any steakhouse of this quality is high and it was not out of line with other steakhouses we’ve been to.

Amazing. Greatest food I have ever had and amazing service. Went there for a birthday and got an amazing free dessert. Not just the traditional 1 scoop of ice cream. Highly recommended there steak, although pricey it is highly worth it.

We go to here every chance we can. We have never had poor food or poor service. They are friendly and ready to make our visit there the best possible. We had an unusual request one time, a surprise for our friends….the staff made it happen for us. Our favorite Spokane restaurant.

I couldn’t even begin to describe how terrible our food was. I had the New York strip and my girlfriend, for her birthday, got the filet mignon. We both asked for medium but I swear the cow was still bleeding when the steak came back. So we sent it back not once, but twice to and it still came back less then satisfactory that we just gave up as the birthday dinner had been ruined. Less then friendly waitress… didn’t even offer a discount. Paid $87 for one of the worst steakhouse experiences I’ve ever had.

Thought this was the same as Wolf Lodge, I thought wrong. I am not even a big steak person, but the steak at Wolf Lodge Is seasoned to perfection and practically melts in your mouth. You can’t get in the place without a reservation. I should have known when we pulled up on a Saturday evening and the place was near empty. Water tastes awful and the ice cubes looked milky. We did not drink it. The steaks came out luke warm and completely flavorless! We thought maybe auju would help but that was awful as well. Way too much seasoning and just has a very weird flavor to it. Extremely overpriced and I will never go back.

The service was really slow and we had to ask for everything. The price we were charged was more than was quoted. When we noticed and said something about it he said the size of the lobster tail was bigger than normal and walked away. Was one of our favorite places but not now.
