Every time I ordered tenders on the app I ask them to be extra cooked, but the last three times it’s always soggy and warm, and to mention the fries are also always soggy and with no seasoning, it’s clear they haven’t tried the staff properly and that’s reflected on their manager. Who doesn’t care about customer service whatsoever, like who even gave him that position. One Mo Biz, inc. is a joke of a company allowing this restaurant to operate like this.

The very large manager was very rude. He was belittling another employee, after he walked away the cashier girl apologized to a couple of us customers for him but the other employees clearly didn’t like the manager either. This store seems to have good workers but Is poorly ran. I will drive across town next time I want wingstop. This manager does not deserve my business.

Great food! However, the price of chicken has went down from almost $200 a case to under $75. The last price i heard was last week around the 25 of May. I was at the burger barn. The heard the manager tell his friend $55 a case!

I am so sad tonight. I’m visiting from out of town thought this place had decent reviews. I ordered well-done 15 piece traditional (plain) (all-flats). It’s my favorite thing to get. I was so sad when I got home and started eating. The chicken wings literally had no chicken on them. I could not believe it! Literally, skin and bones. The cheese fries where ok tho. The disappointment stings a little bit more because I spent over $30 and tip added, of course.

DO NOT order from this store. I called to cancel my order, and was told that I would receive a refund. However, the refund was never processed. After 2 months, and multiple attempts, I was told by the General Manager Stan Givens that I would not receive the promised refund of 25.78 because his regional supervisor made the decision not to issue the refund.

Would be zero stars if possible. Placed an order at 716pm and over and hour later nothing. I asked multiple times to be told it’s coming up. To finally be told my order never even went through. I can understand being understaffed but being understaffed doesn’t mean you can’t take a minute to check an order for over an hour. I was then told I can’t cancel my money back without calling the general manager on a different day. Highly unprofessional
