We love Red lobster! Server was pleasant, food was great. Biscuits where awesome. Closes kind of early but very close to hotel so you can enjoy drinks and walk home.

Zero positives on the food. Bar harbor was baked to death. Lobster tail and shrimp tough. There’s four muscles, 3 are smashed and the 4th didn’t open. Catfish is all breading and baked to a shrivel. Very mealy and inedible. The waitress kept the kids glasses full, but didn’t bring condiments and I wiped off the booth benches myself.

Three of us had a nice dinner, with tax/tip = $175. Started with Langostino Lobster dip & tortilla chips. My Salmon New Orleans was delicious as usual. Cousin enjoyed Lobster stuffed Flounder, no complaints. Son had Steak/Seafood combo. Steak was medium to medium-well & was not medium-rare as he requested, but he ate it anyway. Victoria took excellent care of us & we will definitely go back.

If you pull into the parking lot turn right into Olive Garden, absolutely pathetic. Came in around 2:00 on cinco de mayo and would’ve been better off with taco bell colon cleansers, my first mistake. Management was non existent besides getting us waters after sitting waiting for 15 minutes, finally got biscuits after 40 minutes of waiting and complimentary oil slick soup 5 minutes after. We got appetizers almost an hour after arriving and the meal came almost the same time so horrible time management. The pizza app was paper thin with a blackening lemon. The server was overwhelmed and obviously overworked and management was non existent with filthy tables all over the place. This is the Albany Med of restaurants, full of regret for coming and vowing not to come back life or death, I’d rather die.

I went with my boyfriend. This was my first time but not his. The food was significantly sub par and definitely not worth the price. We went at about 915pm and they close at 11 but our waitress treated us and all her tables like we were bothersome to her and the only reason she was still there. They didn’t have ginger beer in their bar to make a Moscow mule. The table was broken and not only wobbled but spun as seen in the video. My boyfriend enjoyed his popcorn shrimp, and their cocktail sauce. I had the fish and chips. The fish was not good, and their “tartar sauce” was pure onions. I’m not a picky eater, but am confident in saying I wouldn’t eat here again.

First shout out to our waiter Mitch. He was amazing. My bestie and I shared the Lobster lover’s dream and shrimp tacos. The tacos were ok, the tortillas were grilled to long. The rock lobster was tough to chew, the pasta was over sauced. Our waiter did bring us another rock lobster no questions ask….much better.

Stopped in twice for their “shrimp” specials which was a real deal, and the selections we chose were delicious. The best part of our meal was having Suzanne as our waitress. She did a fantastic job, and although it was the busiest time of the day and she was handling several tables due to short-staffing, she kept returning to make sure we were satisfied with everything, gave us exceptional service and was so pleasant throughout the entire meal. She is a credit to the restaurant, and is a shining example of what a wait person should be. Thank you Suzanne, we appreciate your talent and attention.

The rice was not up to par for my friend. My crab legs were tasty but covered with too much garlic. Between the garlic and butter my hands were too greasy for me to finish eating them. I had to ask for a doggy bag. Other than this everything was okay. I think it could’ve been better though. We weren’t that happy about whoever was working as the cook or chef especially since we ended up paying over 90 bucks for the meal!!!

It’s a hit or miss with this place. The last time we went food was horrible no seasoning, soggy broccoli, very fish smelly soggy crab legs and so on but the 2 weeks prior we had great server food was amazing everything fresh, seasoned, cooked just right, and new menu items. The pictures I added are from the time it was really good about a month ago now!

Pro: Our waitresses was an absolute gem. She provided us with everything we asked for and then some. Con: We came with our family as it was our last lunch until we said goodbye as my son was starting at a local college. The family behind us were completely rude yelling ” yo yo yo” , as their children were either looking over the booth watching us eat or crawling under the tables ( while making high pitched ” sounds “) … The food was ok , for a lunch menu , however I know it would have been a losing battle if an employee/ manager asked them to behave as most other civilized customers who were also there ( complaining also) but please maybe , just maybe when you see a well dressed family and seat them and you see an obnoxious group yelling ” YO YO YO” with hats side ways maybe sit them somewhere else ? Our church has a screaming child room … again it was a no win for your staff and again our waitress was awesome…. GOOD LUCK !
