Whoever was working the drive through 8-15-23 @ 6:45 should be fired…Never have I had someone at a business talk to me with such attitude…If she doesn’t want to talk to people she is in the wrong line of business and needs to get the hell on somewhere. You work at a restaurant, it is a service industry, absolutely zero customer service. We left, won’t be back.

Just went to this location on lake joy by highway 96. There was a small line like always, before we could get to the speaker the lady taking orders kept asking to take a order when we was not able to get to the speaker, I tried calling out telling her we was not at the speaker yet. So by time we got to the speaker she had a attitude. We ordered a M dipped cone and a M blizzard and asked for 2 pup cuts cause we took our 2 dogs for ice-cream. When we get to the window the other lady working the drive though took our money and hand us our change and the blizzard then hands me 2 small drink cup lids with ice-cream on them, which was already leaking. I told the lady I was in a car that the ice-cream was leaking all down my arm that I needed a cup, as I’m trying to hand them back to her so it don’t get all over my car…. at this point I’m getting upset cause she won’t take the ice-cream back and Proceeds to tell me she will give me a napkin.. so yes I just drop them out my window and get my cone. All the ice-cream is already melting. Then the lady that took our order says ” we don’t put them in cups no mo”… umm they are called pup CUPS. If you don’t want to put them in cups then don’t offer them. Where in the sam hell do they do this. I have worked for Dairy Queen before and I do know that it is their policy for their ice cream to not be melted and they are supposed to hold. It upside down to ensure you that it is nice and chilled even with the cones. This was the worst service i have gotten at this location. People that work in entry level fast food and even managers want higher wages but they dont give better service. I dont know if it has new owner or a new staff but this dose NOT follow the DQ way and Standards for customer service. very disappointed and won’t be returning and will not recommend this location to anyone

Ive come here several times. Mainly after watching a movie theater. I will admit it can be a tad expensive. But my food is always hot, the fries arent amazing but they are fresh and hot. The servers are always super nice and know me and some of my friends. Everyone is super cool there. Not a complaint yet. Also screw the guy who said he came here a few minutes before closing, thats annoying.

Don’t waste your money here. They discriminated against a teen with cerebral palsy who was hired to work there until a certain manager saw him and noticed he had a disability. Until that manager is gone nobody should support this restaurant. It is absolutely disgusting and vile that someone could discriminate against someone for the way they were born, and I hope that they get a fat lawsuit. The teens younger brother was also hired and after he worked his first shift his mother texted a manager asking for his schedule. the manager simply replied “blocked” and proceeded to act as if that kid did not work a shift at all. Therefore they effectively stole money from a child and got free labor. Very unprofessional; I hope whoever did that reads this review because I need you to know you’re nothing but a pathetic waste of space.

Just went to the DQ on Lake Joy in Warner Robins and ordered a SMALL Oreo Blizzard. Got to the drive in window where I was asked for $5.57 ! I said $5.57? It was $3.37 last month did the prices go up? Short Indian woman starts laughing her head off and said, “uh yeah”. I said, “uh then keep your blizzard, I’m not paying $5.57 for a small blizzard”. I think the price of a small Oreo blizzard is NOT 5.57. I think she was trying to pocket two dollars. Criminal. Shame on your staff DQ and shame on management to allow this nonsense to take place with no oversight whatsoever. Nobody cares about providing great service at this DQ anymore. It used to be so great and something has changed.

REVISED: This DQ location has really gone downhill. Self serve drink station is closed, No napkins out, have to go to the counter for everything. A large area of the dining area is closed for use. The service was slow, but one person appeared to be working the drive through and front counter at the same time and kept going back and forth. Severely short handed and it’s impacting quality and service.

I’m embarrassed that I have ever even supported your business location. I understand you have not only advised a child with cerebral palsy that he was not capable of doing a job at your restaurant when he clearly has the skills and assistance needed, and would provide better service than most of your staff. You then strung him a long and then said you didn’t need him.m. I hope the ADA takes you over the coals for this. You have lack of morals and human compassion. What you don’t need is the smart mouth teenagers with attitudes running the drive thru. What you don’t need is heartless and uneducated management running a business.

Will not be back. $15 for a chicken strip basket! And that was NOT what was on the drive they menu, it was $8 on the menu. They don’t charge as a basket, you pay separately for the drinks and fries! Just by itself the chicken was $12, large fry is $1 and a large drink is $1.99. For two large combos it was a few cents shy of $30! For that price I’d have a better time (and better food) going to a sit down restaurant!
