Late night disappointment. I paid extra for double chicken in my quesidilla. I received a cold quesidilla, and part of it didn’t even have any chicken in it. The part that is the most disappointing is paying extra and not even getting fresh made food. It didn’t even have the normal sauce on it. It was disgusting. I ate part of it because I was so hungry just getting off work. I’ll hit up WaWa’s down the street. At least the food is hot. Oh, and the guy working the drive-thru window Sat night at 140am looked like he was asleep or on something. Probably both. …. I had to update this post once I took 2 bites into my chicken quesserito. Wow, I spent $14 on these 2 items and a cola. At least they got the drink right. I’ve eaten here before. Last week wasn’t bad whomever was working last weekend. I’m thinking about disputing this charge. This is so messed up.

Super slow. Regular drive thru order for 4, they had me waiting 5 minutes at speaker before taking the order. Then asked me to park and brought food 15 minutes later. The point of quick service is quick service.

Food was cold by the time we finally received it. Half of our order was totally wrong. Employees were literally yelling at each other at the food assembly line then one of the aforementioned female employees proceeded to yell at an Uber eats driver for simply (and politely) asking if they had received her online order!! The lobby was full of people waiting for their food and it was taking 5 employees forever to get anything bagged up and sent out. The wait was bad enough, but the horrible attitudes and terrible customer service is unacceptable… We will never visit this location again.

I normally don’t write reviews but if I could give them a zero I would. The cashier Jenniah was really rude. My husband specifically asked her for supreme taco combo and she talked to us like we were stupid when we asked again if there was sour cream on the tacos and she said in a condescending tone “ the whole combo is with sour cream”. Then she hands us our food and gave us an attitude because we asked for sauce. We had to leave and on our way on the highway I realized they did not give me but one soft taco with no sour cream. I don’t know how they can get it wrong when we specifically asked and didn’t get what I payed for. DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL PEOPLE THERE ARE RUDE and do not care about customer service.

What an attitude from a drive through girl . These people are not take care of well and they have attitude and personality issues. I placed 1 chalupa and 10 mild sauces. I got three sauces. When I asked fore few more she gave an attitude like I was asking for much. What a management guys. I wouldn’t recommend this employee to anyone and sad that taco-bell hired her. Taco Bell’s that don’t know how to operate mobile orders shouldn’t have it. Just shut it down. You place your order and go through the drive-thru and they make you wait in the mobile order parking and they say they’ll bring it out to you but then they just leave you waiting there to come pick it up yourself on the inside. If I was going to pick it up on the inside, they could have just let me know, not leave me sitting there. I mentioned it when I went inside and they dismissed what I said and just offered me a drink carrier. It would have been kind if someone could have told me but instead let me wait while my food gets cold. The manager and a coworker came out and stared me down so I rolled down my window and I said hello and they just asked me if I was ok. They didn’t say anything about the food. Then they walked off to their cars in the parking lot to hang out in the parking lot. I thought this service made things easier but it just makes you feel like less of a person.

Food is okay, and the service is bad. They won’t let you go through the drive through at night for some reason and make you come inside. Why have a drive through? We also got a large drink and they only gave us a small, and then refused to give us the proper cup size. Really disappointed
