The chicken was raw, and two pieces were eaten before being noticed. I could only eat some of the egg rolls, and even those were cold. I understand it is late, but still, two hours before closing? The noodles were rubber, and all the other chicken was like biting and trying to chew chicken. I do not like wasting food, so I promise my family and I will never come back to that establishment.

Charged us for 3 glasses of pop. We shared a small pot of tea for 3 people. Charging extra cause they got closed down. At this rate, service really sucked!!

This has always been the best restaurant in the area but recently I’ve noticed a decline. The price for an adult to eat is almost $20 each. The food quality is certainly not there for the price. Temperature is on the warm rather then hot side. A lot of old looking and low quantity options. Some items you could tell have been sitting for awhile and some were completely empty. The service is great but either the quality and quantity needs to come up or the price needs to come way down. Also maybe a remodel would help this place go back to the popularity it had. Wont be a regular but might pop back in after awhile if they are still in business.

Dined in on Sunday evening. A lot of the chicken was basically breading and some almost impossible to chew. General Tsos and Peanut chicken were the high points. Decent amount of options but the quality just wasn’t there for the main meals. And then there’s the price…..$14.25!?!? that’s actually crazy for a smaller selection and lower quality compared to other locations. The service was great though! Try at your own risk

When I first moved to this area many years ago I loved going here and the food was always good. I stopped going a few years ago because the food selection was horrible and the place was dirty. The return vents in the ceiling were always covered in dirt. Well I decided to give the place another chance yesterday and it’s still the same thing the food was horrible not much of a selection of anything chicken was hard, soup didn’t taste anything like it was supposed to. Ceiling vents are still dirty who knows what’s dropping into the food. Staff is horrible they don’t say thank you when you leave or even ask how was your meal. I will never go to this place again and will tell everyone I know not to bother going there as well. One of the worst experience I ever had. I really don’t see this place being open much longer

I apologize in advance for the length of this review however I don’t want to leave a one-star review without explaining this one started view is based on several visits by not only myself but members of my family to this place of years ago I used to love coming to Thomas buffet the food was always delicious hot fresh the staff was always courteous however in the last four or five years that has completely flipped the last time I went in to tops which will be my final time ever visiting this place was approximately 2 months ago I went in and sat down to eat the food and my first plate that I had gotten the green beans were called and a few other things weren’t fresh I chalked it up to it’s a buffet they probably just haven’t rotated yet I walked back up got another plate I seen the staff starring the contents of the various platters I got another plate the mushroom chicken had a slimy texture to it the green beans were still cold and also was the shrimp fried rice I sent that plate to the side went up one final time figured I would get classics that are pretty fresh and rotated regularly like chicken nuggets french fries the french fries were hard and cold chicken nuggets were hot but they were terrible I spoke to a manager and asked to be refunded my money with which I was given a hard time and I left I had similar experiences to this on three previous occasions with the exception of I didn’t leave I ended up finding something that was palatable recently my nieces and my brother went to tops and they had the exact same experiences I had months ago I urge everybody reading this to pick a different place to eat the new main moon in Sharon is a three mile drive and a road away as far as quality

Horrible, they were charging us for dinner at 3 p.m, and they tried charging us for parking our bus outside. Also, there was a lady putting shrimp in her plate and when she was eating the lady working there took her plate and put the shrimp back in the tray because that shrimp was for dinner

They are open late and usually have fresh food. I can say I’ve never gotten sick from the food here. This is one of our favorite hole in the wall restaurants. The food is Chinese buffet quality, but they are always open. The fortune cookies have been soft and stale lately. We like it, but I wish they would update and clean a little better.
