Ordered a chocolate croissant, which had avocado on the side. What if I was allergic to avocado?? These women are dirty and my coffee is disgusting , didn’t get what I requested either. Usually Dunkin’ has an enormous line and there wasn’t any cars or customers period, I wonder why ! Never coming here again they need to shut it all down.

Oh my God! I didn’t even notice that the writing on my cup until after I left about 20 minutes later. And when I noticed it made me so happy! thank you to whoever wrote this on my cup you really made my day it made me feel special! This Dunkin is so awesome I always Order ahead on the app and they always have my coffee ready when I walk through the door, they are so great at this location I can’t stress that enough!

Only reason there is one star is because there is no option for no stars. This place is the worst when it comes to customer service. They never get an order right. I always wait for at least 10 minutes inside after I order through the app 10 minutes before I get there. I have tried ordering further and further away but I always seam to have to wait. And to think. These people are going to get $15 an hour for being horrible at what they do. I will give a picture of my most recent order and then of the order of what I got.

Sam was the best! He hooked us up with the best pricing on our specialty pumpkin spice drink. He’s a great asset and his hair is a work of art. You can tell he enjoys helping people and offering his opinions. His parents must be proud of him. The black coffee was great as always. 5 out of 7 stars for a perfect score.

Great place for drive thru coffee and any other menu choices.They often do get busy. Dining area could use an updated look but not bad. The service can get and be bust so if you wait it will be worth it they are patient and nice. Always have fresh hot coffee. Worth the visit if your driving thru.

what my wife and I choose to eat and drink was good, but my issue was with trying to get out of the front parking. 3 large vehicles and the line of cars trying to leave at the same time will cause a mess on getting out.

Went and order three sausage egg and cheese wraps and they give me bagel instead. When the first bag came out, I put it at the window and told them I ordered wraps. I am there sitting waiting think the right order was going to come out instead the rest of the orders was also bagel, I wave to get her attention she walked away. When they realized I was not move she came and said I will make it back but you have to rejoin the line I said no because mistake can make but being in customer service her job is fixing the order I not even care if is apologized she said well you can’t stay there again walked away. So I press my horn so she don’t waste the company food I told her to refund everything so she did and didn’t give me a receipt I have to take picture of it because she can’t get a copy with a lot of attitude so I told it’s poor customer service
