We dine in today, and we had the full 4 courses. From the beginning, the manager was a nice and sweet lady, our hostest she was really nice and explained how things worked to us. Even the lady at the bar welcomed us nicely. Mason was our server, and he did an amazing job introducing us to each item and how to do it. He knows the menu items well, it was my boyfriends birthday dinner and he took care of us really well, even made a nice writing on a plate for him with some desserts. If you want a great server, get Mason or Ethan they are amazing.

Had an amazing time for my birthday with Odine (?) She made it so special. The place has the same razzmatazz (but still modernity) since the 2000s. They’ve been able to grow with the times. The seclusion and the food make for an amazing experience. What tops it off is the staff.

Decided to try this place for the first time with my fiance and was seated after waiting 5-10 minutes. Other people got a table with curtains, my fiance and I didn’t. The food overall was not bad (it wasn’t exactly extraordinary either), just the pieces of bread given to us was stale and the serving size of each course was pretty little despite the price we paid for the entire meal. We ended up taking quite some time there trying to cook and eat everything as first timers. The server was nice to us most of the meal except at one point she kinda seemed upset or something. When we were ready to pay, the server had asked us “is there anything else I can get you?” and I just told her no thanks and asked for the check. She then proceeded to say out loud to herself “That’s good for me.” and left, having a different server give us the check. It was just really off putting for her to say something like that out the blue when we had barely interacted with her the whole meal besides needing to order. It was interesting to try a new dining experience, but the food and service isn’t something that would make us come back again.

Our anniversary is tomorrow but we celebrated a day early & decided to come to The Melting Pot. It was an absolute amazing experience, our server Zach was absolutely fantastic!! We made reservations & had to do a special package & it was well worth it!! We will definitely be coming back & asking for Zach to be our server!! Amazing atmosphere & delicious food!!

I went her for a birthday party and it’s wonderful. There are curtains to hide the tables and the people and it is very private. Our waiter Jo-Jo is the best waitress ever and even make a plate saying “Happy Birthday” even though it’s not included. She spent the time to do it and I will come back!

Visited for the first time on my birthday. It was a great surprise to begin with as this was our first time experiencing the Melting Pot experience. Excellent experience all around! Our server, Harrison was very attentive and super helpful in recommending options for us to try. The food was excellent, we did the “Bigger Night Out” meal for 2 which was definitely more than enough for 2. The desser fondue was definitely my favorite. We were in a private seating area with curtains, which really set the tone of the evening. A special hospitality person, Hez (I think that was her name) came around and checked in on us periodically and definitely made us feel welcomed. We will definitely be returning to the Melting Pot. Our experience was nothing short of excellent!

I have been to Melting Pot many times and had many servers, but Ryland was quite literally the best we had. Attentive, caring, humorous, absolutely fantastic. We even had some technical problems with our table that the phenomenal manager Hex was able to finally take care of, we made sure to take Ryland with us. If you go, ask for her, it is worth it.
