Decided to give this place one more chance. I love Firehouse Subs but this location has screwed up all 4 of my previous orders. A coworker said it’s better to order with app. So I did since I already had on phone. I triple checked my order online “large club on a sub with NO ONIONS”. I got there at 8:35PM to pick up. They close at 9. I had to ask where my food was, everyone seemed to be doing nothing but goofing off except one person mopping floor, I did a quick check and it looked correct. Everything on the order slip taped to the bag was correct. I left and took food back to work. I pulled sub out and took one big bite ( yup , you guessed , ONIONS!!!). I’m done with this location. And as soon as I left to go to car they turned the inside lights out at 8:41 (even though they close at 9.

Ham Sub is fresh one white soft bread! The ham is very very sweet like a honey ham, a little unexpected. My son states the meatball subs and turkey is awesome! The dill pickle is perfection tho!

Tried for the first time. My partner got a sub and said it was good. I got a chili but I won’t get it again. The meat tasted like it was processed or something. It didn’t taste like hamburger meat. I also got a side salad. It was good except for the fact that they put my dressing cup on top of my salad with no barrier. It was just sitting on top of my lettuce. Very unsanitary. Where had that cup of ranch been before it landed in my lettuce?! Not to pile on but I order my food to-go and when I picked it up the bag was on the rack on its side (lying horizontally) with the chili balanced on top of the salad next to the sub. No handles no way to pick it up safely without having to rearrange the contents. It’s laziness. Do better!

Wanted to give them a try again since I had hoped they would work on improving in some areas. The food still tastes good, but the service is still severly lacking. I walked in and was completely ignored even though there were six (6) people working. When my food was ready, the bag was just placed in the counter (not in the online order section) and no one called out my name to let me know. I only figured it out because I decided to check the ticket after waiting for a little while longer. When I got the bag, everything was smeared in grease from dirty gloves. The bag, the sandwich container, even the receipt was sticky. Then around the same time, I noticed one of the workers wipe her nose on her glove and then reach directly into a bag of bread to start making a new sandwich. I was disgusted and left as quickly as I could. Thankfully, that one person was not the same one who made my sandwich. Needless to say, my wife and I will not be returning for quite some time…again.

Staff were friendly and greeted me right away. Greatly appreciate the first responder support signs. Ordered a dry roast beef with lettuce and cheese-specified this Got home and had mayo along with a lot of some sort of spice. Pretty much ruined it for me and I live 20 minutes away so it wasn’t worth the drive back On top of that the bread was not great-subway quality. I asked for American cheese but was told they only had cheddar which I found a bit surprising. Large sub was $15.00. Decent size but I found it pretty expensive, especially considering the bread quality and mistake in making it. There were five employees behind the counter and I was the only customer-pretty easy to get the order right I was pretty underwhelmed. Harris Teeter subs are substantially less, better quality, and larger. I realize costs have gone up snd it’s hard to make a profit but orders need to be correct and the bread needs to be fresh.

I asked how the Steak N’Cheese was, and was told it was very popular so I ordered it! Two sandwiches without the mustard! I don’t think I’ve had a worse Steak n’Cheese anywhere! It was very cold, cheese was not melted and vegetables weren’t done! I would not recommend this to anyone, but then again I saw who fixed it and he couldn’t have been more than twenty years old! He certainly didn’t know how to prepare this sandwich. I’m assuming he microwave the Steak as I was him with it and it appeared to be in a plastic bag! Terrible sandwich for the price which was way overpriced!

They have the hardest time getting my order right, but when they do it’s great. You have to make them repeat the order back to you. Manager took my order today, and they still make it the way THEY want it. Frustrating to say the least.

It’s good but I won’t be returning anytime soon simply based on how out of hand prices have gotten. It’s a chain sub shop. Not an amazing family owned joint like Gotham’s deli. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
