Gotta give a three because my giant sub was made with two different halves of a sub roll. One of them was fresh and the other one was a little dry. I assume it was the last customers. Not a problem but I think when you buy the giant sub you should get a whole fresh sub roll.

Very rude employees. Waiting 15 minutes until they opened because I wanted to try the sandwiches only to be greeted by rude employees who seemed annoyed that I was there. They told me I would have to wait until they finished a large catering order before I could place an oder. Needless to say, I ended at Firehouse Subs.

Today was their grand opening (May 26th). I just moved here from out of state & we had one there that me and my kids would attend once a week atleast. So I’m pretty excited. Today was pretty busy but they moved fast and made orders correctly. They even informed me that I got a free sub today due to how many points I have accumulated. Customer service was great! I was in no hurry to eat the veggie sub sandwich, I had ordered a hot one, and ate that one first. Today, I decided to eat the cold one which was suppose to have been a vegetable sub but, what you see in the photo is what I received, bell pepper and provolone.

I would like to say I just ate from you all and it was my very first time eating here and the coworkers went above and beyond for my family and myself. I would definitely like to say, “Thank you sooooo much to Ms. Abby for being so amazing.” My son is highly allergic to tomatoes and I asked her would she change her gloves. I would like to say not only did she change her gloves, she removed the tomatoes from the surface until she was done preparing our food, she wiped down the surface and place down sandwich paper to help protect my son. My sandwich, which was the number 8 without tomatoes it was soooo delicious to the point my family is calling others to brag about it. I am very disappointed in Jersey Mike’s, the first time I went I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and received a completely different sandwich with roast beef. After that initial visit I decided to give them a second chance, the employees were extremely rude to me and were bad mouthing local businesses in the area. I’m a big believer in businesses supporting businesses and this was a huge turn off for me. Additionally, I asked for light oil and vinegar and in return got a sandwich completely soaked in it. Will not be returning.
