Starbucks likes to thank you for your continuous support… I finally found a drink at Dunkin that I like and is not too sweet for me and you can’t even make that right! $8 for a coffee it should be right. Maybe I’ll try again sometime but as for now I think na. I’ll go back to Starbucks. I ordered everything bagel received plain bagel. Our drinks were not filled all the way. It’s not cheap, you should make it correctly! I bring it back and they want to just add more milk to it. Ha!

Pulled up to the window and apparently ruined this woman’s day by wanting some tea and donuts, horrible attitude, when I finally get to the window after putting my car in park cause I was waiting so long, she finds the window open and goes “$20”… no hello, no thank you for waiting. Just “$20” after getting parked in the parking lot I open my bag to realize my hash browns are still frozen inside and my sandwich is burnt!! Either cook the food or don’t how do you manage to do both?! Whoever the old lady at the window was, if you don’t like your job don’t show up, or work from home. It’s not my fault you chose this path in life to become a Dunkin’ worker at 58

Consistently out of stock of essentials (decaf, skim milk, espresso) before 10am. The app does not update accordingly and will not let you cancel when you arrive. The store cannot refund in app purchases, you have to go through customer service which is a hassle.

My wife placed a mobile order because she wanted Pumpkin Spice coffee and some food (which btw the order doesn’t tell you when it’s going to be ready). We arrive to this location only to find that they don’t have ANY of the items she ordered. First of all, why even allow orders for items that are not in stock? Then I ask for a refund in the items I didn’t receive to which they said “you can do it in the app”… when I looked at the app it literally says to speak to a crew member. So then I get the manager who then gives me a run around about how the store has no control over the app blah blah blah. So we leave and contact their customers support online and even then we were given a run around about how we need to fill out some form online to get our money since we want a refund vs a credit. Absolutely insane how incompetent this organization is. We were reminded why we ONLY go to Starbucks. The only reason we tried is because we wanted to get Pumpkin stuff. Stay away from DD. It’s not worth it.

The girl at the drive thru was so rude for no reason. She kept snapping at me for no reason. I’m assuming she is about to quit bc she hates her job. I’ve never in my life experienced someone so rude for absolutely no reason. The girl at the window was different and she was friendly as was the guy who made my coffee but the girl who took my order needs to be fired immediately. Worst customer service I’ve experienced.

I placed a mobile order at 5 AM location at 28385 State Road 54 in Wesley Chapel. I got to this location at 5:10 AM. I walked in, expecting my order to be ready. I stood there for several moments before I was even acknowledged by a staff member. I told her I was there for a mobile order and was told by the young lady that she was working on my order. Needless to say she was not working on my order about 10 minutes went by and she acknowledged me again and said I’m gonna be working on your order now my order was for three beverages. Another 10 minutes went by and I finally said to the young lady, am I going to get my drinks anytime soon I’ve already been standing here for 25 minutes And I still have not received my drinks. She said I’m sorry I’m working on them. I didn’t have any lemonade or green tea made so I have to make it. I said OK another 10 minutes went by and I finally received my drinks. This is not the first time I had an issue with this location. It happened to me a little over a week ago , I’ve never had such poor service in my life. From the time I placed my order at 5 AM. And I finally walked out the door it was 5:35 AM. I was 25 minutes late for work. This Is unacceptable from my time of waiting for my order. two people come in and walk out because they weren’t even acknowledged. There was no staff upfront. They were all in the back there was even a woman that came in. She did a mobile order through drive-thru and was totally ignored. She had park and come into the store and go to the counter, and stand there for several minutes till a staff member came out to help her. I will never visit this location ever again. I don’t see how this place is. Still operating with all the bad google reviews upper management should be ashamed of themselves for letting this go on.

This morning was the 10th time in a row we have had a wrong order using the drive thru… our donuts are never correct. They don’t even care to try at this point. Our order should have been glazed, chocolate frosted without sprinkles and Boston crème. Hashbrowns are always over cooked. Just not impressed. No point in ever going back after so many chances.

One star is being generous. The employees did not know how to make grilled cheese sandwiches. We had to settle for a lesser priced item on the menu. They did not have the correct donut so we had to settle for another donut. They then could not understand that we ordered two orders of everything bagel bites stuffed with cream cheese and argued with us as to why they should give us two orders. We had ordered two orders of hash browns and were met with equal hostility about getting two orders in the bay. We paid for two orders, put two orders in the bag. We asked for managers information and they vehemently refused to provide it. This is absolutely unacceptable. We will not be back. 40$ wasted
