I’m not sure why but when I’m in a really big hurry a Little Caesars Pizza is just the best. It’s a great value for the price. It’s very consistent from restaurant to restaurant. And you always get your food in less than 15 minutes. Such a great value and the people here were very nice.

My little dog Jasper hurt his leg this morning. Being Saturday my regular vet was booked and suggested Boise Animal Urgent Care walk in. We arrived around 10:15 and there were 16 animals ahead of us. Jasper and I waited two hours and there were still 8 animals ahead. Being hungry, I ordered on the Little Ceasars App and went to pick it up. I was promptly greated by a Manager named Billy. While waiting for the pizza, Billy asked me a question concerning my dog in the car. Billy seeing the distress on my face asked if I was okay, which I wasn’t. Billy took a genuine interest in my concern for Jaspers health. Billy went out of his way to be kind to me, a total stranger. His compassion and empathy means a lot to me and I want Billy to know I really appreciate him.

Awful from the start. Placed order and went to pick up. Order not complete and poorly made. Cheese bread had almost no cheese on it and was literally 6 tiny pieces. Portal was luke warm at best and boxes were room temperature. No 3 garlic sauces as requested and paid for, and what was supposed to be pretzel crust pizza was regular crust, with partial red sauce AND cheese sauce. Both barely even got on the crust. It was like eating cardboard with no sauce and 10 pieces of pepperoni. Ive always had amazingly made orders, but this time it was a joke. The service was a joke too. I waited 11 minutes to talk to the girl at the register to voice my concerns, but it took her all of that time just to make change from a $20 for a customer. 11 min to make change? Maybe the S&M chains around her neck were weighing her down and a bit distracting? I know they were to me. The crew in the back were acting like toddlers towards the “boss” and he was fully inviting more of the behavior. I ran 7 Little Caesar corporate stores as a District Manager for 1 years, and had this been one of mine, there would have been maybe 2 that weren’t fired that evening. Dress code? Obviously one doesnt exist here nor does cleanliness. I didnt even stick around due to not being able to get to talk to the cashier who obviously needs training, nor could i get anyone elses attention less than 10 feet away from me due yo the goofing off and being to loud to here me saying “excuse me” 4 times. This has to be a different crew than 2 months ago as the food was some of the best ive ever had at a Little Caesars…..including any of my own. Due to the goofing off, I can see how my order was a complete disaster. Will I return? That is the question. I really dislike wasting my money on places that dont care about the customer experience. I know the prices are cheap, but the lack of quality and care shouldn’t be so obvious.

Always ordering ahead, and no matter how far I’m advance, or how simple our order is, it is NEVER ready within the time slot they told us to pick it up. Last 3 times there were no employees in sight and I had to wait an extra 15 min before one stumbled to the front and then made the order because it hadn’t even been started.

Let’s be honest, it’s a chain restaurant so you can expect the food to be almost identical to the food at other locations, and by that I mean it’s delicious! However, what makes this location stand out is their speed and accuracy of the order. I ordered three pizzas which weren’t on the hot-n-ready list as well as a crazy bread. In 16 minutes it was ready. I barely had time to get to the store before my phone was going off. Gotta love prompt service!

Pretty consistently the worst service I’ve experienced at a restaurant. I just watched them mess up someone’s order, refund it back to their card, and then refuse to give them a pizza because they no longer had enough money since the refund hadn’t processed.

Saturday, February 25th, I patronized the Little Caesar’s Broadway location. The entire experience from online ordering to the pizza portal pickup was not so good. I completely understand the recent staff, food and menu shortages and its affect on the food service industry but that doesn’t excuse bad behavior. This particular Little Caesar’s needs to work on customer etiquette and the importance of an apology.

My last experience here was very poor. I asked for some customized options like half cheese/pepperoni, and the promotion pizza (things that had to be made fresh). As a result the looks I received from cook and cashier told me how poorly my request was received.

2:00 in the afternoon on a Saturday no hot and ready and no visible employees! this area of fast food in BSU area all are lacking in staff McDonald’s across the street is line around the building drive through same thing with Taco Bell down the street. Nobody wants to work I don’t know how anybody makes a living. This is the first time ever I came out of a Little Caesars empty-handed and no contact with the staff which I believe is only one worker.
