I rather starve than ever eat here again in my life. It is a terrible experience. My family and I always dine out, and we have never had such a disappointing dinner. I will not blame any server, host, or bartender. This is solely on management. You have the responsibility to staff a restaurant properly. If you’re short on staff and that affects the service, one specific server and/or host cannot be held responsible.

Awful. Waitress was fake friendly. After being served never came to follow up on food. Huge lack of attention.I had to call another waitress to get her attention. I asked for a piece of lemon and she looked at me like I was bothering her. So much for customer service. Food was cold and drinks were watered down. The plate looked nothing like the menu. Smallest portions I ever seen for price. Like the previous writer support a diner instead. Advice to management get rid of the waitress who served table 83/1@1:52pm on 08/09/16.

Fridays has always been a great establishment for my friends and I to go to grab a late dinner. I’ve had great experiences – minus the few times that the waiters did not come to get our drink orders as soon as we had hoped, waiters who did not know how to do proper math and give the right change (had this happen once in a big group setting), and the most recent one being the host was outside smoking right in front of the entrance. Nonetheless, it’s a great place to eat and get a late dinner. I hope staffing improves a tad but overall, a great place.

Service was pretty good. Beer was served in an ice cold glass but the beer itself was on the warmer side eh. Food wise not a ton of options . I had the Buffalo burger wasn’t impressed . If I’m starving and get invited here I’ll come again but won’t get out of my way for this place.

Slow service, cold burger, not cooked as I requested. I asked for a medium, I got a barely warm well done burger. It must have gotten cold while waiting to be served. A worst thought is it was served to someone who sent I back and then was served to me. My wife’s burger and fries were on point, mine were only warm. I have been there before and the service and food were very good. This last time was not!

Absolutely the worst! We ordered appetizers including the warm pretzel sticks. It was only after getting all the other appetizers, after waiting 25 minutes, then asking our server about the pretzel sticks that we were told they didn’t have any.

Friday’s used to be a great place to go and hang out after work. It used to be a great place to go on a Friday night when you did not feel like cooking. This place has totally changed for the worse. Prices are high and does not match the amount of food that they put on your plate. The quality of the food is not worth 17 and $18 especially when they’re throwing $5 worth of food on your plate that a baby could make. I was very much distracted and insulted by what I saw when they served me. I will not be going back here ever again unless somebody else is treating me. If they want to blow their money on me, fine.
