Ordered pizzas and garlic knots and the garlic knots came out looking like this. I’ve had them before and know they didn’t look right went back through and told them they don’t look right to which I got told that’s just how they look and the box shoved back out the window. Sorry but that’s not how they look. They were terrible. Wont be eating here again.

Typical lazy staff who probably haven’t been trained to make food in their lives. The “pickup window” doesn’t get acknowledged and the parking lot has the worst design ever, so don’t waste your time going to this location. Food was extremely sub par – used a thin crust to make a “pan pizza”, greasier than it should be, and baked too fast. Your money is better spent elsewhere, don’t order pickup or delivery from them!

Order took 2 hours. Put cheese on my daughter’s sandwich after ordering it with no cheese. She has lactose intolerance. Then they called and said they were out of peppers and onions (we ordered a supreme). We were also told we would get free bread to make up for not having peppers, onions, and mushrooms. When the pizza was delivered there was no free bread or reciept.

Absolutely the worst location to order from. They cannot keep employees which says something about the management. Also I called because my first online payment would not go through. Used a second form and then got a notification that they both went through. So I called to make sure there were not two orders. At this point it would have been better if the online site or the employee that I spoke with advised that it would be 3 hours before I got my delivery. Instead I check the tracker after 40 Minutes and I still see it shows being prepared. So second call to the store to be advised almost an hour later that they are short and the order is second to go in the oven. I swear this place gets worse and worse.

I called in our order and they had it ready for carryout right on time. The size was correct, the toppings were correct, and the only thing they forgot was to cut one like a pie and the other square. The pricing special was good, and the pizza tasted really good.

They’re very incompetent people. I order 4 bread bowls 2 different kinds and somehow we managed to get a completely different kind for 1 set. Unfortunately these were for my kids, they wanted chicken alfredo bread bowls. They received an all veggie kind. I called asking for a refund and they said they could only give a credit. I deserve my money back for their mess up not a credit for only dominos. I spoke to the manager Alex who said he can’t credit the whole bill because they didn’t mess the whole order up and can not give an kind of refund besides in that form. I’m very upset with this. I will be calling to speak to the owner of the store in hope of a proper refund.

The website and/or app never works when I try to order. I don’t know where else to complain about it besides here. So when I have to call and talk to someone in order to place my order, it takes 3 times as long. It’s always someone who is in a remote location, who isn’t actually there. It makes me not want to ever order from Dominos. Hopefully someone who reads this can pass it up the chain.

I ordered online. When I placed my order the delivery time stated 30-40 minutes. I called the store at the 40 minute mark. I was told that they hadn’t even started on my order yet because they were ‘very busy’ and were waiting on their delivery driver. I asked when I should get my order. He said “I don’t know, no more than 20 minutes”. I seriously doubted it since they hadn’t even started making my order at that time. When I mentioned that online it said it would be delivered in 40 minutes time I was told that the delivery times online are wrong, that they don’t update and it ‘happens a lot’. He then hung up on me before I could cancel the order. I should have just called back and canceled, but I waited an additional 40 minutes for my order, and it wasn’t even very good. So almost an hour and a half wait for meh pizza. Won’t order from there again.
