This was my our first time at this restaurant. Upon arrival, the hostess was extremely friendly and professional. The atmosphere and decor were really good. We were there for brunch shortly after they opened. We ordered a morning cocktail and mimosa and then our food. I highly recommend the “wake up call” cocktail. The food was great with good flavor. The only downside, was our service. My wife had to ask 3 different people for a refill on her bottomless mimosa. I had to ask 3 different people for a second cocktail. We sat for awhile after our plates were cleared and finally had to ask the manager for our check. If it wasn’t for the drinks, food and atmosphere, we would not come back. Definitely feel like we will give this place another shot.

10-22-22: My husband and I went here for the 1st time for our 32nd wedding anniversary. Never in my life have I wanted to or have tipped more than 20%, yet we happily tipped 25% here.

On a Saturday when I arrived, it wasn’t very crowded, which was good. Soon after asking for assistance, we were able to get a booth. Our waiter was really kind and helpful; she even recommended several places for us to visit in the future.

The food was good but not hot enough. Sent a lamb dish back to the kitchen to be heated up and they Said they would make it fresh and then sent out another lukewarm plate 15 minutes later . Ordered scallops and they only gave me three of them and they were not very hot. Not much of a meal at least what they gave me was tasty. Fried green tomatoes and brussel sprout appetizers were excellent.

The staff here need a major attitude adjustment and some proper customer service training. I hate writing bad reviews, but after the hostess responded with “do you have a problem with this?” when I asked about the status of our table, I feel like this review warranted. We were the fifth party in right when they opened and it took almost an hour to be sat. It was not busy inside whatsoever so we were confused at the wait. The bartender and waitress in the bar were super nice and were the nicest people in the whole restaurant. They were also confused as to why we weren’t being sat and eventually grabbed the manager to come sit us. However, when I told him about the situation with the hostess he acted like he didn’t care and didn’t even respond to my concern. Most of the food was good, but the lobster Benedict smelled and tasted fishy. There are more quality places in the EDH/Folsom area with better service. I would avoid this place unless you want to be talked down to.

This was a great experience. My wife and I enjoyed our dinners very much. The pistachio encrusted mahi mahi was good. My wife loved the GF butternut squash gnocchi. The pilaf that came with the fish was good as well. Side salad was delicious but could have been colder. Nice atmosphere, great service. Ganache cake was a stand out favorite. Can’t say enough about the espresso martini. That was incredible!

Went here for my cousin’s college graduation party/dinner. The server took great care of us, the atmosphere was beautiful, somewhat loud, but still a great time, and delicious food. We tried the fried green tomatoes, and their. Charcuterie board, as an appetizer. Their cheeses are really good. For dinner, I had the brick oven grilled chicken with red potatoes, and marinated watermelon (which I thought maybe would taste weird since it had onion mixed in, but surprisingly its really tasty). Some of my family had the cheeseburger with bacon, and the bacon is so thick, it’s almost like a pork chop, but they loved it. My mom ordered the French dip sandwich, and she said it was the best she’s had! I highly recommend this place whether it be for a special occasion, or if you just want to have a delicious meal with great service !!!

Overall, a nice place with good service. It seems this is the hangout place of many locals. The food was average, nothing particularly remarkable except for the fries which were awesome. The bartender was very helpful and made a cocktail that was not on the menu just to please me. Will definitely go back…
