Went to this Taco Bell ask for 3 Doritos taco supreme and 2 freezes which was a $1 each got my bag had 1 taco I said excuse me I asked for 3 Doritos taco supreme so she took the bag back I told her pandemic I need you to fix the one you took back. I said could I speak to a manager she comes to the window I told her the situation instead of her saying sorry about that she says if it came back in then we can I said what do you call that when she took the bag back I told her that’s ok I don’t want to get myself worked up about this I just want go back to that taco bell

Taco Bell has really changed. The food.was better and even the people there were great. Great atmosphere. Haven’t been here in over a year because of the quality of food and also the atmosphere of the people were just rude. But I went there and it’s totally changed. Will come back now that the food is better and employees are very respectful.

I have absolutely no words to describe the disappointment I had and non concern for the way they handle or serve peoples food. This place should be shut down immediately. If you love yourself and care about how you receive your food please do not go to the Taco Bell on North Church St. Trust me when I say you will be disappointed. If I could give zero star I would. I have added pictures of my supposed to be Supreme Tacos and crunch wrap. This is just careless.

Worst taco bell ever! They claimed they are out of food. I didn’t even say what food I wanted, so yall are out of EVERYTHING? If that’s the case, why are the workers outside smoking instead of cleaning to close up? This taco bell always makes up their own hours.

You can’t make this up. Ordered (2) bean burrito supremes because I don’t trust their food and by God they put two beef burritos in my bag. I find out after going all the way across town. Please close your doors and go out of business.

The manager Wanda was awesome, professional and the customer service was was better than I ever recieved before. The food was hot I didn’t have to ask for anything anything and she took criticism with a smile. They defiantly over exceeded my exspectation . I will be going back.

Went here around 11 so I know I should of been prepared for getting what I got but still… Asked for no beans on my food, they even repeated it back to me. Then I get my food and it’s all beans. The burrito was 90% beans, the nacho bell grande was 99% beans & I paid extra for extra cheese and beef but got extra freaking beans apparently! There was so much that I couldn’t even eat it, there was like 2 huge scoops of it in the nachos.

Don’t order off the app. If the store doesn’t have it they will take your money and want give you your order. The GM will not contact you about any problem that you have with order. The constomer service is terrible. Stay away from this restaurant.
