I worked for Sonic for four years. The time management of orders at this location is unacceptable. When I worked for Sonic, there was a timer for the building. Carhops had to scan a card to stop the timer when they were taking orders out to the cars. My order took almost 20 minutes to come out to the car today. I do fully understand that some items may take a bit longer to prepare. For a pre-cooked single piece of chicken for a sandwich, 20 minutes is excessive. I come to this location because it is convenient and close to my work. In addition, majority of the payment devices on the actual menus do not work. It’s a gamble every time whether or not you get a working stall. I am not comfortable giving my credit card to a person to walk inside the building and then bring it back out after they have charged my card. I tried to eat at this location on Monday of this week, and no one would answer whenever I press the red button. I thought maybe I was in a stall that did not have a working menu, so I changed stalls and still got no response. this is very frustrating. Makes me not want to come to this location. I would like the franchise owners email address please so I can let them know what is happening at this location.

The only reason anyone goes here is because it is convenient. Me and my wife have tried a few times to come and get food here and they have the worst service I have ever experienced. They genuinely must not like their job because there is an attitude every single time we order anything. It comes off like they are so angry when a customer shows up, like oh dang I have to do my job today. If you hate your job and don’t want to work there please quit. If I could give zero stars I would. We will never go there again and never recommend anyone to go to this location.

Don’t waste your time coming here. There’s always some issue where they can’t make something. Today it was ice cream. The employee over the speaker rudely told me that she couldn’t make ice cream because there are 2 employees and a manger working, as if I should have known or something. Okay? Get it together and make the ice cream since half of your menu is ice cream. I go to the one on 518 now. Better experience overall.

I usually love going here. But tonight was not very good. Order was okay, i didn’t wait too too long. But got home and was very disappointed. And the burger was cold even before I got home and we live right next door basically. I asked for light ice and gave me normal ice. bf asked for extra onions and there is barely any on there.
