I had trouble with the self service ordering, so i asked for help. While the last was helping, i told her i say something else i needed to change before she completed it. She was rushing so much and put the order thru. I asked her why she wasn’t listening, and her response was, “Because I’m busy.” I raised my voice and asked her, “What are you busy with?! Customers! And what am I? A customer!” After that, she slowed down, listened, and made sure my order was correct. I think she realized how unacceptable her answer was.

Got my food I order 2 oreo mcflurries and a double hamburger off the app. I chose drive thru. When I got my mcflurries they were in small drink cups and not the mcflurrie cup and I only had one piece of meat on my double. With prices going up at McDonald’s they cannot afford to be making mistakes like this. I paid for the food please give me what I ordered! Also the location on Google doesn’t give a phone number for this location and the times Says open from 7am till 7pm every day. Lies!

If I could give the woman in the drive thru a zero rating I would . She’s rude , and condescending. I had an issue with a item being out of stock that they didn’t tell me about until I received my food missing items . She was rash and basically tossed my food back at me blaming the other staff for failing to tell me at the speaker . I’ll start finding another location . I suggest you do the same.

Ordered a meal for my family which included a mcchicken with cheese only and a plain cheeseburger. Cheeseburger was fully dressed and for some reason the mcchicken had ketchup only on it. Went back in to get this corrected. I received the correct burger but they put cheese on the mcchicken that still had ketchup on it?? The same sandwich!! Now i have to go back up for the third time and the rest of the food is cold! Very frustrating. I understand messing up an order once but not twice

I just got a Sausage, Egg, and Cheese bagel from there and it was dripping with thick butter sauce. I know they put a bit on the bagel to toast it but this took several napkins just to wipe it off until it was almost tolerable (still had to toss it in the end), and it was smeared all half of the side of the sandwich. So gross, but they don’t give you a receipt so I can’t actually let the store know how disgusting that was. The tea was rancid, so the only edible thing was a 1$ fountain drink. When I found how to let corporate know, the answer was “Thanks for letting us know! We told the store, have a great day.” Not a peep from the store after. Great way to let the customers know they just want your money and won’t try to fix their glaring mistakes.
