Good except the don’t deliver after 5 to Waterfall Glenn. Bummer. But the food is always hot, fresh and delicious. The parmesean knots, cinnamon knots are a winner in my book. So delicious had to go Two days in a row. Staff friendly and I believe it was the Mgr because he was very knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and courteous.

I was picking up my order on Sat 4/8/23. My order was to be ready at 5:25pm. It wasn’t. I was told I had to wait another 5 minutes, OK. After an hour of five minutes and told we’re busy as I sat there and just saw they were not all together with it. I asked for my money back. As they refunded my money but couldn’t because part was on my gift card that was cut up and tossed out. I asked for them to put the balance on a new gift card. Only offered a credit at this Domino’s and I was never coming back here. I asked for the manager and apparently Lala was the manager and she can’t do that. They then discovered that my order was sitting on their ready shelf for the hour I was there and not even the complete order. So I said how about you give me my cold incomplete order for the gift card balance that you won’t give me back and we call it even. As they gave me the cold food. I mentioned that you didn’t even have my whole order completed and at this time Lala goes, ” You have to leave you are getting loud and yelling” I hadn’t yelled or changed my tone. THere was another lady who was there who came in and was looking for her order and had been outside waiting when I arrived at Dominos and she mentioned to Lala that I was not being loud and Lala gave her, her order and threw her out to saying she was being loud. That lady was the sweetest and should have been extremely upset because she was waiting longer than me. This Domino’s was extremely short on customer service as well as Food Service .

Ordered on 3/29/2023. Placed order via telephone at 5pm for a delivery at 7pm for a birthday gathering. Order never arrived . Phone calls were made. 8pm never arrived. Eventually arrived at 9:20pm when guests were leaving. Manager mentioned there were no employees to complete the order . We are regular customers and for the first time experienced a horrible experience for my birthday event.

This store used to deliver on time but recently their delivery times have increasingly gotten worse. They are difficult to get ahold of, but when I do the staff has been pleasant. Hoping they can get back to quicker deliveries.

Ordered from here and will never again. The staff is incredibly rude. After waiting over an hour for an order and the driver still not showing , I called asking for a fresh order and to just pick it up. After being told, “he’ll make it there eventually” and I was finally told it would be over an hour for a fresh order since other people were ahead of us. They were incredibly short and rude the entire time. A total lack of customer service and a shell of the good company it used to be.

We should open new domino’s pizza in this area, it is too good place for domino’s, busy area, the owner is not taking any responsibility for the workers there. They cancel my order, after they took my credit card information, they was rude to me . Now I have to wait 3 days for the refund to get back on my card, if they completed the refund process.

Just really bad. My boyfriend was picking up the order from a different location and I was ordering for him. It was like no one had any training. Believe the reviews. I asked for it well done (mind you I had to keep repeating the order) and it came out barely cooked. We had to throw it in the oven as not to waste it. It was one of those experiences where you literally can’t believe its happened. The cardboard crust is accurate. Too much cheese uncooked to the point it looked mashed together. All this, plus the whole reason I was ordering over the phone was so I could pay for it. I ran 2 cards twice and both times she said that he would need to pay himself when he got there.
