I have been wanting to rate this Dunkin for some time now, but never got around to it until now. First off, I have never rated another Dunkin before, but this one deserves me to rate it. Personally, this Dunkin is so consistent with their food and beverages. I am always happy with my order when I go here. Other locations in the area do not seem as consistent as this one, so I stop by when I can. I will state that I am not a fan of the location as it is not very spacious, but looking past that, this is one of my favorite Dunkin’s. If you want a Dunkin that is fairly consistent, then this is the one to go to. Now this is just my experience when I go, but I wanted to share it.

WHY?BECAUSE I CAN DO THAT!
In my own opinion this is the best dunkin donuts around the area.the food is always fresh and made correct. The staff is always polite, never a long wait in the drive thru. Live close to 2 other dunkins but I choose this one because of the good customer service and not having to wait in a long line and be late for work.

Been coming here for a while. Haven’t had a bad experience like this till now. Got a cold brew drink with foam through mobile order in drive through. When I got to my destination I noticed that there was a fly beneath the foam in the drink. Great way to start a morning.

These workers don’t care about your drinks or your food. I give them so much of my $$$ every single week. It’s crazy. They don’t even stir the drinks up. And it IS a worker issue. I went to another Dunkin nearby and they made the drink properly, and mixed it also. But this Dunkin on Allentown Pike has really gone down, I ordered them through door dash today, because I’m very sick and don’t feel well enough to leave the house, I get my order at the door and it’s missing the oatmilk, and both of the flavors I put for them to add in. This is completely unacceptable! Do better. Seriously. Have pride in what you do, even if it’s working at Dunkin. Would you want your drink to be nasty? No? So don’t make someone else’s drink disgusting! If I didn’t have frequent migraines I’d never go back, I don’t mind having to mix my drink sometimes but at least put in the right ingredients ffs! And if it’s a door dash order, make it CORRECT! Sometimes a drink means more to someone who isn’t having such a great day or time. Please do better ya’ll!

Hardly go to this location cause the service is not consistent. Some days its good and some its terrible. There’s been times where ill go to the Leesport location so my stuff is made decent and my beverage is correct. Past few times it was fine. Today my sandwich looks like my dog put it together. My drink was ok, didnt try to mix my latte, the ladies at the window made it seem like I was inconvenience.

unhappy. and annoyed. i work at a dunkin. i know what it’s like. i went to the temple one 12/10 and asked for a toasted white chocolate latte and got a peppermint mocha latte. i complained to the lady and she said okay and took the drink back. she then opened the window handed me the drink and said that she can not remake the drink because they already made it and then quickly shut the window. i was not done. i waited for her to open the window again. so when she did i explained that i do not understand because the peppermint mocha was not what i ordered and i wanted what i ordered, which was the toasted white chocolate. she then made it and i was on my way. now today, 12/11, i went again. asked for a toasted white chocolate once again and got a caramel craze instead! two days in a row they messed up a simple latte. even after repeating the drink back to me and saying the right drink. unimaginable is all i have to say. on that note, i WILL NOT be going back.

Have one drink I order that makes life worth living. It’s a little weird. But an iced macchiato with no ice. Some places give me an upcharge, and that’s fine. This location would not give me my caffeinated milk the way I ordered it. They insisted on putting ice in it. Every other location can fulfill my order. I guess I just won’t be coming back to this one.

ZERO STARS! This location is pitiful. Guy taking orders just argued about what we ordered. Smh. Lady in the back confirms what we ordered was in fact a decaf. He offered no apology for telling us we didn’t order it. Wont return to this location thats for sure. Remember how you treat people always comes back to you.

If I had not already put in a mobile order I would’ve went somewhere else. Due to short staff inside was closed which is not a problem but mobile walk in order should have been turned off. I have limited time and had to sit in the drive through for 10 minutes.
