I don’t who the young lady was that took my order around 7:45 am 7/15/23 at the drive thru but she was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY . I know that is not an easy job. I purchased the loaded croissant sandwich. It was hot fresh and delicious. My first time stopping at this BK. I did go in to use the bathroom after I sat in my car to eat. The bathroom was very clean and so was the restaurant. I don’t know who runs this BK near Sam’s Club but whatever you are doing TEACH THE OTHERS.

Always good and inexpensive comfort food to be found here. Good selection of items for every taste bud. And their dessert are really good believe it or not. This is a new location across from Walmart and buy Sam’s and is very clean obviously due to its newness and should be a big hit here on US1. They don’t take any online coupons right now though so I gave it a 3. I am sure to revisit and will revise my view if they get this important feature in place.

To many kids working here not wanting to do their job. Had two different codes to use and could only use one. Any other time I can use the two. Frozen drinks are down. Kid at the window doesn’t know how to talk proper at all! Horrible experience

Went to 2 different burger kings via drive thru to try to get the Spider-Man “bk-verse” meal. The first location explained that they were out of the red buns so I tried this location. When I got there I asked for 2 of the Spider-Man meals but I was only charged for the sandwich, not the meal. when I got to the window I verified if they were meals and the cashier said no. Implying the Spider-Man verse meal didn’t come in a meal . It was just a sandwich. When I got home it was a regular whopper. They didn’t tell me they ran out of red buns. Poor customer communication and incompetence when it came to not giving me a meal when I specifically asked for it.

This person “MIA” does not need this job. many people believe we still in 2020 when covid hit. she needs to get a new job because she forgets that the paying costumer is the one who pays her check at the end of the week. Wake up unwise little duck. You can’t be treating a costumer the way you treated us. My family and I decided to pick-up food from this store and believe it was a bad place to get a meal from. Employers need to educate new hires to treat a paying costumer with dignity and respect. I won’t be going back to this place anymore. bad food missing food and no diet coke. not recommended!!

Told them I had a coupon for the order but they didn’t apply it and told us we have to do tell them ahead of time which we did couldn’t do the coupon and took 20 mins for the order so slow and no urgency ever

Sat. 11/16/19 – This was my 2nd visit here The 1st was just over a year ago at their “soft opening”. I’m a bit confused as to where my review and many photo’s I took and posted back then went? So, I walked in and I was placing an order that one of the many coupons were offering however I didn’t have a physical coupon I was using one from thier app and I just had to show it on my phone. I chose the amazing deal of: 3 Whoppers, 3 Cheeseburgers, and 3 FF for ONLY $12.99! I was bringing dinner to my Parent’s because I told them to chose what they wanted for dinner and they immediately said they hadn’t had Burger King in year’s plus my Father mentioned that amazing deal with a coupon, so being the great daughter I am I said no problem! I stood at the counter and was having an issue finding the pesky coupon code but the very friendly and sweet (I want to say Manager) she was the only one in a red and black jacket (it’s cold here in Florida now) but I couldn’t see a name tag, none the less she asked which offer I wanted and said no problem and I don’t think even looked at my phone after I eventually found it?. I also added 2 Hershey’s Pie’s and 1 Twix Pie for full price, you gotta bring dessert when visiting your parent’s, lol! I took a seat at the closest table and enjoyed watching the kitchen prepare orders. Mine took a couple minutes extra because they were waiting on FRESH French Fries, which I told her I’ll wait every time for fresh FF no problem, love them! So, my total wait time was approximately 15 minutes. Oh, before I forget, the Manager that took my order asked if I had “coin” change and I didn’t, she reached into her own pocket and took care of it! Now in my mind, that awesome Manager is “not” just there for a paycheck she cares about people period! I wish I knew her name so that her superiors could recognize her but hopefully, they can just see the date on here and know who she is? So a big thank you, Ms. Manager for going that extra!

I ordered and paid for an Impossible burger meal via grubhub. The resteraunt CHANGED my order to reflect a smaller order of fries and a Coke (I ordered Dr. Pepper) and kept the full amount I paid for the meal. This was proven on the receipt they sent with my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY ARE SHADY THIEVES
