Just tried a large carmel fudge cheesecake blizzard. All I can say is, “Yuck.” It was so soupy-like that I could have eaten it with straw. Good thing the worker didn’t flip the blizzard over showing how thick it was. I should have just gotten a vanilla milkshake. It’s hard to mess that up.

My family and I decided to go out for dinner tonight, which went well! Afterwards we thought maybe some ice cream would top our evening off. Anyways we walk in, ordered and one of our blizzards were very watery. The employee didn’t even flip the cup upside down to show us it won’t fall. My sister kindly asked the young lady if she can please mix it and make the ice cream thicker. She replied “that’s how it’s supposed to be” with such a bad attitude. Then the owner comes out so my sister kindly asked him to assist us as well and he also was very unprofessional. If I can give 0 stars I WOULD! Everyone has bad days, but you should never bring any bad/negative energy with you to work.

Like all the other reviews I’ve read staff is rude, The place is dirty, the only good thing about this place is the ice cream. Spoke to the owner I can see where the staff gets it from. He has the bedside manner of a toad frog if I could give them zero stars, I would. Owner/management STINKS.

The blizzards are great, but from the view from the drive-through, the store looks messy and dirty. Service is fair, at best. It’s normal to get a blizzard with ice cream dripping down the sides.

I come to this DQ because it’s close to the house and I do believe in giving people 2nd chances. Sometimes we can’t blame the owners for there staff, but today proved other wise I come to diary queen alot and always get the blizzards today I ordered the usual a oreo cookie dough blizzard and a cheesecake blizzard. Young lady working looks like she does not want to work… like she is forced to be here comes and takes the order with an attitude super rude not even a welcome to diary queen… hands us the blizzards without flipping it also not even mixed blizzards totally watery asked her if she can mix it…she proceeds to tell me that is how it is I asked again please mix it I come all the time she said are you going to pay for it if I make a new one!….. Like EXCUSE me I just purchased this and it should be done correctly I seen the owner and tried to explain after the young girl wanted to continue to argue and told me to calm down with an attitude after I was being very calm smh…I asked the owner if he can please come so I can explain to him the situation he also proceeds to tell me that is how it is supposed to look. I showed him how the ice cream was not even mixed so he took it from me with an attitude and mixed it! Super unprofessional.

The restaurant is pretty dirty and the workers are not rude, but not polite either. The last two times I visited the blizzards were thrown together and look like they have been sitting. Your staff was arguing with one of the other staff members about not wearing gloves. Long story short, great ice , terrible location

When I walked in, a young lady looked mad and looked as if she did not want to work there. The Blizzard was watery. When asked to re-make or any way to make it thicker. She simply said “that how the blizzard is made”. I told her it simply wasn’t made that way and she continues to find any excuse not to remake it for me. Overall they’re just lazy employees and need to be under new management

Came in for ice cream and the girl at the front had a very nasty attitude. ordered our ice cream and she looked like she didn’t want to be there. When I got my blizzard it was very watery, not mixed at all and just not what it should be. when I asked for it be mixed more, she told me no until the owner had to come mix it. I came into this Dairy Queen around 5pm on Thursday, July 13th, 2023…I wanted to get a blizzard with the points I had in the app so I ordered through the drive thru and pulled around. I asked to give my phone number instead of my phone as my phone was dead, so they wouldn’t be able to scan the barcode…the girl at the window looked confused, so she called over an older white lady who I assume to be her manager and she said “We don’t do that here…we have to scan your phone.” Also, keep in mind, I work the same window job at another local Dairy Queen, so I know that there is definitely another option besides using someone’s phone (there are lots of people who don’t have smartphones, so there’s this option for a reason). I asked again and said “I really can’t just give you my number for you to look up my account?” and she insisted on her original answer…”no”. She then said “Oh, our scanner is even broken, so we can’t do that here at all.” So essentially now what they’re saying is that if you have points in the Dairy Queen app, you can’t use it at this location for the time being. The older white lady who came to “help” the other girl was incredibly rude and did not try to help at all. Customer service is the most basic thing you can have and if the people who are supposedly in charge at this location can’t even give that then that’s beyond sad.
