Ordered and prepaid $520 in food for Associate Appreciation event 3 days in advance. Panda was a No-Show, No call with delivery, when we called to inquire as the status of our order we were informed the order had been canceled without notice or explanation.

The noodles were dry, and it’s probably due to the fact the the place was empty but full bowls of food were made up and just sitting. Management should be having cooks make food batches smaller so the food is fresh. I exchanged my burnt egg roll for rangoons only to be disappointed because the bottoms were hard and burnt from sitting in the warmer too long! I spent $16 dollars for food I didn’t enjoy. This location needs better management. Wouldn’t recommend.

Not impressed with this location at all after I went in to get my husband and I bowls for dinner and one of the employees who was helping me asked if I was going to eat both of them with a really rude tone. Even if I was, it was none of his business. Treat people with kindness.

So I was apprehensive coming here after reading some reviews but I had a coupon from the USPS mail so I dared to try. They were out of chow main and out of mushroom chicken at the time I ordered but they gave me the opportunity to wait as they were being prepared. I paid for my pending order filled a water cup and my food was ready even before I could take a drink. The interior was clean and the cashier offered me a good amount of soy sauce. The food was well portioned and tasted good. Overall I was very pleased and with the coupon I felt like I had gotten a great value. I believe they may have taken action to improve as this store did not reflect the reviews I read.

The person that helped us was rude and when I pointed it out she started using some ridiculous high-pitched voice that you could clearly see was exaggerated and not her own voice it was annoying unnecessary and she didn’t listen she was too busy talking over me when I had questions she was rushing me I won’t mention her name that would just be rude but you’ll know if you hear that fake high pitch voice is very robotic insincere and withdrawn I get it everyone doesn’t like their job but I feel as though if you don’t like it you shouldn’t do it find something that you do like to do and make that your job

I had a reasonably good experience at this Panda Express. the only problem was it must have been busy just before we got there because a lot of the entrees and chow mein we’re out and I had to wait for them to make more. Also it seemed like they were short some people.
