I drove to this mcdonald’s late last night, waited in line for 10-15 minutes total, which is no big deal they were busy, but when i ordered i ordered 2 sweet teas and 2 cookies. i was told the wait time on the cookies would be 5 mins. no biggie i was in no rush. when i got to the second window, i paid for 2 cookies and 2 sweet teas. they told me to pull up to the last window to wait for the cookies so i did. finally after 5-10 minutes of waiting i was given 2 sweet teas a milkshake. no cookies. paid for 2 cookies got a milkshake. disappointing. it was already 1 in the morning so i could’ve cared less so i just bit my tongue and drove home. wont be coming here again.

I don’t order sauce at the speaker because they forget it so I asked at the window and this girl has the audacity to tell me I should’ve said it when I ordered. Then gives me 1 sauce when I ordered 10 nuggets and fries. LOL does it come out of your check? Why so pressed? It would probably go better for you if you just SIMPLY did your job. It’s not that hard to grab a few or even get an order right.

I am usually not one to complain. Im usually a very understanding person, I work in food service as well but what happened tonight is ridiculous. I put in an order for curbside and gave them about 10-15 because I left my house and had to get gas. When I pulled into the curbside spot and put in the stall number, I waited for 17 minutes and no one came. Eventually, I went through the drive thru (I would usually go through the drive thru to save them the walk but tonight I had a very bad headache and did not feel like really speaking) when I got through the drive thru, it was another 12 minutes before I got my food. And they proudly presented me with cold food, a watered door drink, and an attitude.

Three times now I’ve ordered from for dash and bbq sauce is clearly on the receipt. These guys have never once sent bbq sauce. I want to know why this bbq sauce is so valuable to the franchise that they offer it on the menu but it isn’t actually given to the customer.

Used the mobile app to order ahead. Waited over 10 minutes in the car. Finally came out with my food but forgot one of my drinks, when I told her she forgot one of my drinks, she just looked at me. So I showed her on the receipt and then she went back and got it for me and apologized. Will no longer use the McDonald’s app at any location. It does not help you save time at all

What has happened to McDonalds? All the memes are so true, the service has gotten so bad at this store ever since it opened! I ask for a manager and what appeared to be a 13 year old child trying to beat puberty comes to the window and tells me he’s the manager!! He was the problem! I ask for his manager and what appeared to be a 14 year old (not with as much puberty acne) comes to the window and said he was the store manager; they all had such poor attitudes and smart a$$ responses to my complaint about the poor service; while I watch the others pre-teens in the kitchen and drink area snickering about the complaint. ordered and did not check bag do to much stuff in truck so go home got the wrong order called ,, manger answers and keeps saying ((cant hear you cant hear u }}and hangs up i call back she gives phone to another some one else i tell them the number we did not get he says OK so i go back got and order the same thing and they get it wrong again so i go in and the same manger that hung up on me ask what i needed and i told her and she had the nerves to get mad about it that i was complaining about getting not just 1 but 2 wrong orders so she stomps off and tells some one else to get my order to me and was still mad about it wooooow ,,so its not that they got it wrong but they did 2 time than got mad that i was there to get what i ordered in the first place so the lesson hear is to keep the drive throw back up for a another 5 mins after u get your order to inspect your entire order i mean it is McDonald’s so dont expect good service especially with piss pore management like that
