I’m not one to usually go out of my to write a bad review, but this definitely deserves it. I went here a week ago. For spending around $12, this is the sad excuse for a burrito I got. It was about as big as my fist. They put extremely small scoops of all the ingredients, charged me extra for a tiny dollop of queso, and rolled it terribly like this. The insides were falling out of both sides. I used to get 2 meals out of these burritos, but I guess this is how they do it now. Pay more, get less. Won’t be back to this location.

Not to happy with my last visit got a bowl with steak and the majority of my steak was tendon and fatty like the parts you don’t eat. I was looking forward to this meal, because i haven’t had Chipotle in awhile sigh. Customer service was good though

This is how I got my bowl. I ordered rice and chicken al pastor. I got what looks like 4 pieces of chicken and some scraps, and not even a cup of rice. Absolutely pathetic. I have NEVER received portions this small from any Chipotle before.

Ordered online. Went in 10 minutes after quoted time. Food was not ready or started. Told by employee “not in their system and must have ordered at the wrong location.” After showing confirmation of order and location, was told I would have to wait because they were busy with a big order. Went here yesterday 08-03-2023. The girls behind the counter aren’t friendly and have the personalities of wet noodles. They got upset when we, paying customers informed them there was no ice in the ice machine at the fountain drink station. We let this slide until now.

First the people who work there. Do not greet you or even say hello, they just ask “what do want”. Then are incapable of assembling simple burritos and bowls. They just throw the food together with no care at all. Can’t wrap aa burrito, didn’t know Chipotle was serving burrito balls now. Disappointed for paying for service and getting terrible results. Train your employees better.

Chipotle is ALWAYS A GOOD CALL. Man, I wish they had this in Hawaii, but then it might not taste as good nor be priced the way mainland is. I could never finish a burrito so I eat it as two meals, which makes it worth it for the price. Thanks for a speedy service and amazing ginormic servings!

I ordered two of the ugliest burritos I’ve ever seen. The way they were wrapped made them look more like a ball than a burrito. I mentioned it to the girl serving me and she just made a face at me but I could understand that she probably wasn’t taught how to properly roll a burrito. By the time I got home I had a wet ball of mush because the meat and tomatoes weren’t drained well before being added. I’ve had their bowls before and had no complaint but a burrito can’t take the same the same amount of liquid as a bowl. All in all I was very unhappy.
