Came for lunch to meet up with some coworkers. By the time I got there, everyone was already seated so I just walked in and sat down. Shortly after sitting down, the waitress came to take our order. The drinks were brought out shortly after. The sushi that was ordered came out very quickly. The food ordered came out very staggered. The first dish was brought out and it was several minutes before the next dish came out. A couple minutes later another dish was brought out. Then a couple minutes later the last 2 dishes were brought out. The timing was just really weird. The food was ok. The Kung pow chicken I had was very flavorful. The spicy teriyaki chicken was alright, I felt like it was lacking flavor. The waitress did come and check on us but never offered to refill anyone’s water.

My family went there for my step father’s dinner tonight and the service was absolutely horrible. We used to love this place and come about 1-2 times a month if possible but never have we had such rude services. There was 5 adults and 2 kids. We all ordered at the same time. They brought out one person’s food then another’s 5-10 minutes later and that kept going until everyone got theirs except 1. She said she’d go Get it 15 minutes later still nothing. Came back to see how they were doing and my brother said not well I still haven’t received my food. She didn’t even apologize then asked if he wanted his food to go. He said yes everyone is done eating I don’t want everyone to have to wait for him to finish. She was saying she was going to get it and she rolled her eyes at him. That was so disrespectful on so many ways. Not to mention all the waitresses were laughing and giggling on their phones and never once asked if my family or other families there if they’d like refills on any drink not even water. Most people would at least apologized and or give him a percentage off his meal or comp his meal completely. I can’t explain what a horrible dinner experience we’ve had. Especially since we’ve been going there for years. I’m pretty sure it’ll be all of our last times there at this point. Unless they can make it right, one way or another. Don’t get me wrong the food was good but that’s about it.

The service was awful when we got there it was empty and the lady who sat us didn’t acknowledge us for 20 minutes after being there another 2-3 tables came through and was immediately taking orders and drinks, my dad got tired of waiting and we got up and left. My dad wanting to say something about it went back into the place not even a minute after getting up to leave and the manager was already cleaning off the table like if we had some sort of problem and the other people who where about us already started getting food. After this we will not be going back due to lack of service, almost like if they hired people who don’t know how to work

We didn’t get our food at the same time. I got mine before my boyfriend did. Not great. Apart from that, waitresses were unprofessional. Instead of doing their job and checking in on us they were either talking on their cell phones or taking photos of themselves. Very poor service. Probably won’t be going back.

Love their sushi especially the Mexican roll deep fry, it’s a must if you’re not a fan of raw meats. Really disappointed to find out that they charge $1.00 for a glass of water that I’m pretty sure it’s sink water. The food it’s not the greatest but if you’re on the hunt for a great sushi then I definitely recommend this place.

Such good food sure wish they would update their systems to allow for online ordering! It would most likely cut down on the huge line of people waiting to be seated, pick up or just place orders togo! I never seem to get through trying to call ahead.. The vm is always full and or the line is constantly busy. Love supporting a local business, just really wish they would improve ordering options.
