I come here like once every 2 weeks when I have my prenatal check up up the street. Usually there’s a guy on dt who is super friendly has manners.the works. Super cool guy.but I walked in today and saw this lady. Who claims to be the general manager.let me tell you I am 8 months pregnant. I asked her employee nicely can they please make the bean burrito I ordered only beans BEFORE they made it. She told the “manager” then proceeded to give me a regular burrito. I checked before I left and I came to the counter told her I asked her to please make it just beans. Well all of this escalated pretty quickly because miss manager here decided she needed to raise her voice at me at tell me she wasn’t going to remake it just because she didn’t feel like it.yelling at me. Telling me I messed up and not her. So I ordered again. Got a right burrito. Asked for their complaint number and store # the employee says the cashier will give it to you. I ask who’s in charge this lady says she is. Already yelling not willing to even try to help. There’s no customer service. Not just did she call me fat (I’m 8 mnths pregnant) she said she hopes I never come back , tried to doen talk me tlking about she doesn’t eat fast food like if she’s too good for it. Idc where this lady eats it’s obviously not helping her addittude. Refused to give me her name or a number told me to figure it out. Insulted me. Told me I don’t pay her bills.all in front of other customers. All because of a bean burrito. I demand an area supervisor or a higher up to contact me. This is unbelievable and I need an apology say the least. Is this how taco bell trains their gms ? This is acceptable ? This lady going off on me even caused stomache pains. This is not what I come to taco bell for.

Idk who was working here tonight. But this was horrible. I bought a 5 layer beffee burrito and I got this Beans and beef. A tiny bit of cheess. Please make this right. It tastes horrible, I’m not gonna finish it. I will be back but only to seek the supervisor. I love this spot. Whoever is there now must leave. I ordered a whole box, the entire food was horrible. I wish I took more pictures. I’m so disappointed.

My sister and I needed to use the restroom as it’s a restroom break since we are from out of town. Restrooms were for customers only, so I purchased a simple item and got the code for the restroom. There are two restrooms with gender neutral signs. They gave me a code and it only worked on 1 restroom (we tried the code on both restrooms). We both were like that’s okay, we can just go after each other. One lady comes running in asking for the code to use the restroom and tries on the other restroom not being used and it didn’t work. As our restroom was occupied, she went to ask for the other code for the other restroom and the male worker claimed that the other restroom is for men only. So she had to wait in line. However the restrooms are not labelled by gender correctly. Poor lady needed to use it badly and we allowed her to go first. They should update their signs and provide accurate information. Not cool.

This fast food joint has one of the best crews I have ever witnessed and par-excellent service anyone could experience. Last Friday was my first time claiming my reward through the app, and I had yet to add a credit card and lingered more while I was at the drive-thru. I didn’t want to hold up the line, so the young lady at the window kindly invited me to come into the dining area. She was calm and patient, walking me through the process, and the rest of the crew was smiling and chillin’. In the end, more surprise, the reward ended up being ordered at another location with which I should have reset the gps. However, she graciously compensated me for the reward without further fuss. A dollar or two is negligible, executing small tasks with great care is all that matters!

Worst Taco Bell ever. There “scoops” of beef don’t even go across the tacos or chalupas. The manager decided to tell me what she did, instead of offer a resolution to the problem. Instead wanted to argue with someone that pregnant. Do not come here. There are way better establishments to eat tacos at around here.

Drive thru cashier was very nice and efficient. Bought a basic bean and cheese burrito. The tortilla was very under cooked. It became a balled up mass that was impossible to swallow. This has happened several times before at this Taco Bell location. Not sure why, but this is the only Taco Bell location where this has happened to me.

This taco bell is in a decent spot, good for a quick bite. The new cheddar toasted chalupa is good, wish they brought back the crunch wrap box, but that’s okay. The biggest complaint is the lack of seating available. There simply isn’t enough room in the resteraunt for more than 15 people. At lunch there was a lot more than that. But food and service were good.

Terrible service. Sunday 7-10-22 at around 11am I ordered one combo box at the drive through and he told me to wait in the front and he’ll take me the one order to my car. Then 15 minutes passed in the hot sun with my family in the car and I had to go in and ask for my one combo. He told me it was just ready. I really don’t think it’s true since they had no customer inside and it shouldn’t take over 15 minutes for one combo box. If he had forgotten about me that’s understandable but don’t lie to me. He then gave me a attitude saying 15 minutes wait was not a long wait. He has some nerves. Then the combo box was all greasy over it and I asked for a bag and he told me they don’t have bags. What a joke. There was another employee there asked me what happened and I explained to him about the wait and how he said he didn’t have a bag then all he replied was are you done yet. What a customer service response, they like to get customers upset for the smallest things. They treat customers as we’re begging them for food. They need real management there to train the employees better.
