Staff is way cool, super friendly and they care about the customer. Food is totally wonderful chicken, brisket, mac-n-cheese super good perfect portions. Will certainly be back repeatedly. Overall Dickey’s (Murrieta) is amazing!!

Ordered for the family on Saturday night 2-25 thru the dickies online site, payed for the ordered waited for the pickup time only to get there and the store is closed at 7pm on Saturday they took my order tookmy money and no food. How do you explain that too your kids. Here it is a week later and I can only get the corporate office on the phone, their customer service I guess is so overloaded they can’t answer the phone. I’ve have used them for years, won’t be anymore this is ridiculous.

I attempted to order three sandwiches for pick-up on 5/30/2022 from the Foothill Ranch location. I was rudely greeted by a female employee who seemed annoyed with my desire to order. As I had a email coupon I asked about applying this for my order. She reluctantly acknowledged my coupon. Although offended by her attitude I assumed all was okay. My wife went to pick up the order later this day and was informed that my order “could not be found”. The manager assisted with this transaction and was disrespectful and argumentative. He was informed that I spoke with a female employee about this order earlier in the day. Fortunately, the female employee was still working and approached my wife. She acknowledged the order but stated that she was “currently on her break” and that she “didn’t like being bothered”. At this point in time the manager returned with our incorrect order and attempted to charge us the full price. After this experience my wife withdrew our order and requested a modification to our already charged credit card. This didn’t happen. I was charged for the full price of sandwiches we never received. I had to resort to disputing the charge with my credit card company.

I came in for my birthday with family. The ribs, brisket and chicken…OMG AMAZING!! I am picky on mac n cheese and I love it here creamy and full of flavor!! Customer service was fantastic! Friendly sang for my birthday and my daughters!!! Portion size is perfect!!! HIGHLY SUGGEST!

I tried calling a few times but noone answer and it kept going to voicemail. Anyways, i ordered a brisket meal and an ala carte side of potato salad. I didnt get the potato salad but again i wasnt sure if the cashier actually charge it or not. Lost the receipt thats why i called to check. But overall the food are delicious especially the mac n cheese and that juicy brisket sandwhich. Definitely coming back! As for the bone wings, its kind of dry and hard. Ive yet to try the rest…. but i am coming back for more. 🙂 this location is in Murrieta.

Ordered online for delivery; 3 of your online exclusive brisket sandwich combos. Was charged for 3; receipt clearly shows 3; they only gave the Door Dash driver a quantity of 2. We called the driver within seconds after her leaving and she called her boss to see if she could go back to the restaurant and pick up the missing items and bring to us. She was told no because we ordered from the store online so we needed to call the store. We called the store and they asked if we wanted to come in and pick up the missing order or get a refund. Since it was my dinner, it was dinner time and I was hungry, I told her I did not want a refund because I want to eat dinner and I do not want to have to come pick it up because that was the point of ordering delivery online in the first place. We wound up having to go pick up the combo they charged us for but didn’t deliver. She said she’ll have them start making the sandwich right then so I asked what time she wanted us to come get it, to which she sarcastically responded “you can come get it whenever you want. We’re open til 9.” I said ok thank you, but I didn’t need an attitude. I was genuinely asking what time to ensure I gave them enough time to prepare it and have it ready by the time we got there. So let’s recap; ordered online for delivery and paid for it, waited longer than the 45 minutes we were told for delivery, did not get one of the three combos ordered, had to drive to the restaurant to pick up the paid for combo they failed to get in our delivery order, and then got to receive attitude from the person I spoke with on the phone. There’s no teaching employees what it means to have respect for paying customers anymore and what customer service actually is. Come on people…paying customers are what enables you to keep your doors open and receive a paycheck. If you want people’s business then order accuracy and customer service and respect is in order. This place is amazing (dickies murrieta) me and my family definitely plan on coming back. There food was absolutely outstanding, the portions were perfect, and the ribs are to die for. We came in for my moms birthday and the customer service was great. They’re very kind and friendly. The environment and energy of the location itself is amazing as-well. I definitely recommend coming in here, gonna recommend to my friends and family!

2 day in a row my Dickies App account has been hacked into, and someone has used my rewards points. Both were ordering from the same location in Mesquite, TX. This second time I was able to call the store and stop the order from even being made, but when I spoke with the store this morning, I had a name the person had changed it to on my app account. I have changed the password to my account previously, and yet this happened again. Thankfully I did not have my card information saved on the app also. Beware everyone… someone has hacked into the system and is happily stealing free food. If it’s happened to me twice in 2 days, I’m sure it’s happened to others.
