I simply ordered from door dash. Order took awhile (that’s fine)but the fact that there was a giant fly in my box of food sickens me and it shows me how much these employees care about quality services. You’re selling food we expect the food to not be contaminated. This specific store will never get my business again. On the side note. This store used to be an old Vet center for animals. Do what you will with that information. This place should be shut down and remodeled completely from ground up.

Placed an order online for my daughter’s birthday. Half the food arrived, I asked the driver where the other half of the order was and he just shrugged. Called the store and all they said they could do is offer a refund or I could drive to the store to pick up the food. Why would i drive if i ordered delivery doesn’t that defeat the purpose? When I asked of they could just send out the second half of the missing order, they said they use a 3rd party for delivery so that wasnt an option… seriously??? So i had to reorder the missing food and wait for a refund for what didnt make it… never again. The lady on the phone didn’t sound all too bothered that there was an issue.

This store is Disgusting. Has a bad sour smell when you come in. Employee clothing are always dirty on shift start. The counter always nasty from the time they open. The shelf where they keep the sauce are beyond nasty.. pictures below

Absolutely one of top 3 worst places to pick up a Doordash or Uber Eats order in all of Delaware. The kids working their have 0 work ethic, or respect for delivery drivers or in store customers. You can literally see and hear them playing around. They’ve even admitted to “turning off Doordash” so we can see or verify the orders. And constantly tell Dashers “we already canceled that doordash order I’m not making it”. But when I check with Doordash support or Uber Support they be confused. Clean up the service here

Horrible all around.. I wish they has negative stars. They don’t care and truly need to be out of business. A waste of time for everyone involved with considering this is a food service business. The pizza was nasty and look disgusting. I wouldn’t give it to my enemies. No sauce and the cheese look like it came out the can..

Never pre pay when ordering online, they have options online for pizzas so ordered it and payed for pizza only to get home and realize that it’s just a regular pepperoni pizza I ordered a Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni and a Stuffed Pretzel Crust the Fanceroni pizza which was 10.99 was replaced with a regular pepperoni pizza and the Pretzel pizza was also just a regular pizza. No phone call no adjustments on price.

This place has horrible customer service I called on phone while driving to this location as my normal location on kirkwood hwy is closed no one answered the phone not once I get there they don’t greet there patrons at all look at you as if you are bothering them like they are not paid to be there and then it’s a 20 min wait than the guy who takes my order by the name of Joel P comes out side and is smoking on a vape and on phone horrible while it looks like one person is literally inside making all the pizzas being ordered
