Visited Artic Springs after seeing a Shrimp Special on FB. The special was so yummy! We loved the cheese curds as an appitiser, *Like we needed that*. Then came the shrimp. Shrimp cocktail, shrimp with garlic, grilled shrimp and fried shrimps! The fried shrimp had a very nice light breading. Homemade cocktail sauce with a hint of horseradish. We had a nice salad and a baked potato. Other options were available.

This was awful. Cold soup, $6 for a side of greasy French fries, overcooked burgers that were dried out, and a disgusting French dip that was made with imitation Swiss cheese. It was a total waste of money. Save yourself the trip and skip this supper club.

They advertised a fish special on Facebook. We ordered the 3 piece (2 orders). However when the bill came, we were charged full price instead of the special price. A $ 20 difference. Also I ordered a mixed drink, which was all ice, with very little liquid. The bartender/owner did not smile or speak to us when she brought the drink. I had to remind the server that the fish was the special and it was $12. She made the correction but had alot of difficulty making change and tried to keep the change despite the fact I handed her a generous tip. The bartender was mysteriously absent during this interaction. We will not patronize this place again.

Went there with a friend and was very disappointed. Prime rib was tough and chewy and no taste. Walleye had a batter on it that was awful very greasy and very salty. Could not eat it at all. Broccoli was cold and soggy. Definitely not the place it used to be. Waitress served food but that was it never came back to table and never filled our our water. It cost us over 60.00 dollars not worth it.

This place is ran poorly! Made reservations, finally got seated a half hour later. People were getting seated before us at the table we were waiting for… Didn’t get any table service at all. Ordered drinks at the bar and the glasses were dirty. We had to find our own silverware, went up to the buffet, there was no food or plates for about 15 minutes, I finally asked and they brought it out. Half the food was over cooked and the other half was under cooked. Finally got food and the waitress brought the check right away. Didn’t ask if we needed anything else before hand. The waitress’s were just hanging out in the back room the whole time talking… Afterwards we walked around outside to find the cook sitting in a chair doing nothing, and I know when I left there was still a lot to get done. That place could make a killing if it was ran properly.

Hard to shrew up a breakfast, but here it is. Ordered a simple breakfast of eggs, hashbrowns, and toast. Waited approximately 20 minutes for the breakfast, and when it did come out of the kitchen food was cold. Somebody finally came over, and took plate back to kitchen, and I waited some more. Finally, just got up and put the money on table and left. If I could give this place no stars, I would. Needless to say, I will not be frequently this establishment again for any meals. Very poor food quality controls, and lacking service. Stay far away from and do not recommend.

Amazing Food great service “New Owners”. They are like the rest looking for more staff so we can have great service but the food is worth it. The Coconut Shrimp is a delight and a Must. The soup and salad that goes with the food it is great too.
