My Buffalo chicken wrap was less then good. 1 chicken strip per half. 1 piece of onion, w piece of lettuce. 1 tomato for the whole thing. I’m not impressed. The lemonade was at least decent.

Whenever we go to this Arby’s it’s usually night time and they are fantastic. The ladies that work in the evening our super kind and efficient. And we’ve never had any problems with our order. They are on it all the time!!

Absolutely trash experience with this trip. It took over 12 mins for the food to come out. We were the only people in the drive thru and the store. The entire time the staff was just clowning around as each one declared how badly they didn’t want to be there. The one kid had on a dirty mechanics shirt instead of his uniform. Don’t get me wrong I don’t care if it’s the Arby’s shirt but a dirty shop shirt for food service is gross. Starting in the drive thru I asked for Red Ranch 3 times. The kid joked around and that was fine funny even. Low and behold we get the bag, no red ranch. I park and go in. Wait for someone to acknowledge me. Ask for red ranch again. They continue to mess around. No one else in there. Finally another employee that was trying to leave screamed out for it and I got it. Another 4 mins for this. Get home food was good, just wish it wasn’t missing the auju for the subs. There seemed to be some kind of manager there bc he was more concerned about the lady leaving having not clocked out properly, than leading a staff. This was a Friday at 7pm. Not a weird late shift or something. By all means have fun at work. However take care of the customers and actual responsibilities first. I’ll never go back to this location. Main Street here I come.

WOW THIS IS A MUST GO ARBYS. THE PLACE IS COMPLETELY UPDATED BUT Beyond better then ANY ARBYS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. The location is clean beautifully decorated awesome and the staff we words cannot describe how kind, nice and well mannered they all are. You deff need to check this Arbys out. You deff wont be disappointed. It feels like a restaurant instead of drive through and what not. IM BEYOND IMPRESSED.

The food was good I’ve never had complaints with it. However, normally I hit the drive thru as I’m always on the run, this time I wanted to sit with my daughter before dropping her off at work so went inside “mistake this was” first it took forever to order not because the inside was busy but because it was neglected over the drive thru. Got our drinks and took our seats after ordering. Waited about 5 mins and returned to counter wondering what was taking so long. Again see 5 or 6 orders go out the drive thru before getting my food. Then the dining room was out of ketchup so I returned to the counter and asked for some, was told they would be right there and still waited, guess what because of the 99% focus of the store “drive thru”. I asked a young man returning from taking a drive thru order out for my ketchup which he got promptly “thank you young man for being one person who focused on me my whole visit”. A family of 4 left after seeing my wait and frustration for a few ketchup packets. So if you want service, hit the drive thru, from the attention given to the dine in customers they should just close the lobby down.

Went and got 2 fish sandwiches and 2 fries. For 2 for 6. They told me at the drive thru. U have too use a coupon.well that’s not what the ad said on TV. Very disappointed. I’ll never go there again.

The sandwich I ordered was cold, and it was obvious because the cheese didn’t melt at all. I brought it back because I don’t know how long it has been out and I was basically told it was NOT cold, even though I took a bite to check.
