The food would’ve actually been good if it was made correctly. Both subs were missing toppings we ordered and had toppings we requested off of the sandwiches. As if the giant roach crawling around the restaurant wasn’t bad enough, the employees were rude and super loud. I normally don’t leave reviews, but I paid $30 for 2 bags of chips, drinks, and sandwiches so I’m really frustrated that my food was not prepared correctly for the amount I paid.

Today I came to redeem a TMobile Promotion for the free Italian Sub. I ordered an Italian sub sub all pork with turkey due to religious reasons. After placing my order with the sweet girl on the register, the manager I supposed told her to ring it up as a turkey because it would be cheaper. The sweet girl explained I was using a promotional coupon. She told her I couldn’t do that and it would have to be the exact way it comes. I wouldn’t have eaten it if that’s what she would’ve given me. I was given what I ordered but this shouldn’t have been an issue considering my religious beliefs. There were lots of workers on shift but no one wiped any tables and the floor had food under most of the tables.

This place needs AC filters changed badly. The pic shows the supply line blowing dirt and dust so thick that is sticking to the walls. The duct system and walls need cleaning. Whoever services these units are doing a bad job.

Brisket was so fatty that it could not be eaten.Talked with person in charge and he told me it’s always that way.But we have been eating that same sandwich for the last 10 years and it’s not been like that.I don’t think we will be back You are willing to lose a long time customer over a sandwich .

Experience was adequate, mostly due to the location being understaffed at 6pm on a Thursday. They messed up our order, leaving ingredients off the veggie sandwich. But I don’t blame the young employees, who looked overworked and stressed out.

Whether it’s a warm hook & ladder sub or a hot cup of chili, they always have the perfect fit for the day’s that I don’t feel like cooking. And the kids meals are a small price but big on flavor and size! Of course they have to get a fireman’s hat to go as well!
