We came up to the drive through and the drive-thru worker with red hair was really rude. She rudely told us that they were out of certain chips but didn’t tell us what chips were available and then also we wanted certain drinks and she said “I would have to walk to the back to do that so I can’t do that.” Gave an attitude to me and my girlfriend. Food was great but service there sucked

On 08/22/23, my partner and I visited the restaurant (280 location.) The cashier was rude on the intercom, as well as in person. My partner tried to give him the discount codes and he became very hostile. I informed the cashier (Caucasian male) to “calm down” and that him yelling was very rude when their intercom is messed up! Do not give your hard earn money to this establishment, especially when the cashiers do not know how to speak to people!

We LOVE Schlotzky’s & were looking forward to eating here tonight after a long day of tests at a nearby hospital. From Hwy. 280, we noticed the sign was missing the name & immediately thought oh no it closed permanently, but then we saw chairs on top of tables inside, so we pulled around & the open sign was on & we saw people eating inside, but a female worker was putting chairs on top of tables. It was 6:20 PM, so my friend went in & asked her if they were closing & she was rude & said she’d be right with him, so he thought she was speaking to someone on the drive thru headset she was wearing, & repeated himself. She DIDN’T LIKE IT!! I was inside at this point, looking at the menu as she continued stacking chairs. She finally came to cash register to take our order, I ordered & my friend asked what time they closed & she said 9 but she leaves at 7 & has to clean before she leaves. She took off her headset & just started scratching her head!! Like ALOT!! Right in front of us!! I’ve never seen anything like this in a restaurant EVER!! She appeared to be so annoyed by customers that I just told my friend, apparently we’re annoying her, let’s just go somewhere else. So we left.

Sort of looked closed from the street but we went to check it out anyway. Better service than a 5-star restaurant and food was 10/10. Highly recommend. Do not judge from the drive by view.
