I’m sorry, I understand that things happen. But tonight I waited 46 minutes from order to leaving with my order. The slush machine broke after I placed my order and so I waited for someone to talk to me. 20 minutes later I finally got someone to tell me that they can give me something else so I asked for just a fountain drink. It took another 26 minutes for me to get a fountain drink. I don’t think this is acceptable. Also, in the time waiting, both of my ice creams melted and my food was cold. It’s just such a disappointment from a place I enjoy visiting.

Constantly waiting 15-20 minutes for cold food that tastes like a dirty fryer. The ice cream is great if you have time to wait for it. Don’t order hot food unless you want to get it cold and wait another 10-15 minutes to actually get hot food. This hasn’t been a one time issue. This has been a past year and a half issue. I’ve gone to this place 4 times in 18 months, every time this is what happens.

Placed a mobile order to this location on a Saturday around 2:30 pm. When I got there it was jam packed. Had some complications with the app and had to push the red button to let them know I was there. Long story short I was there for almost an hour!! People got out of their cars to chase down what looked like one carhop working at the time asking about their order. Eventually I had to as well. Now so far this sounds like a 1 star review. But this location was very much understaffed but the carhop and manager were working as hard as they could. They were very polite and courteous. And I can’t imagine all the Karen’s they got that day.. manager gave me a refund and let me keep my order. I wish I got the car hop and mangers names. I hope they are doing well and nothing but the best! I appreciate their service.

1. Took over 5 minutes to acknowledge my pressing the red order button. I pressed it twice. 2. They were out of what I ordered (cheddar peppers). 3. I waited over 20 minutes for the mozzarella sticks I got in place of the cheddar peppers. They were barely warm when I received them.

I normally post positive reviews but this is by far the worst Sonic I have EVER BEEN TO!! I waited about 35 to 40 minutes to get 2 cheese burgers and a kids chicken strip meal (2 chicken strips) Everybody got served before us. When I buzzed in to ask how much longer for my food I was RUDELY answered by ASHLEY, who would not allow me to ask any questions or ask for a refund. She yelled so much and loud that other cars were looking and pulling off. Our food came out as soon as she rudely switched off the intercoms and everything was super cold. Our slushes and sodas had NO ICE WHATSOEVER..JUST STRAIGHT JUICE. Because of her attitude I wasted 25.00 because I did not feel safe eating the food that was sent out. The young lady who bought out our food was super sweet and explained that they only had 3 employee working at the time. I understand that staff can be short but at least warn paying customers if there is a shortage. I sat in my car with a 2 year old hollering at the top of her lungs for 30 minutes. The servers heard her when they were bringing other orders out and asked me if I had the order with the wacky pack but I still waited another 20 minutes after that. I was told the General Manager is out of town and I will say he/she made the worst mistake leaving ASHLEY in charge because I will never return to this location due to piss poor customer service and food that we did not eat because I did not trust anything coming out from Ashley. She definitely needs to be replaced or retrained since she can’t handle her job better than what she did today. I work in a stressful position but I would NEVER treat someone the way Ashley did today. DO BETTER GM and make sure your schedule is correct befire you leave next time and do your location a favor and get rid of unprofessional Ashley. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED WORSE IN MY LIFE.

The spicy steak and bacon grilled cheese is absolutely amazing but you need to check it before you leave if you customize it. I just get it without mayo. But it’s typically wrong. But they always make it up to me. The carhops are absolutely great. Very friendly and fast.

If you DOOR DASH do not accept orders from this location. They never answer the button in a timely manner. Then you have to wait until they serve everyone in front of you before they hand an order that has already been ordered before you arrive. I have never been able to deliver an order from this store on time and always lose a dollar for being late.
