Very nice staff!! My drink choice was not available and yet this young woman and nice man offered me all sorts of recommendations and tools me out would be just a couple mins to refill the lemonade. What is important with these two employees is they were smiling and showed genuine care. That’s hard to find these days. Thank you!!!

It has a wide variety of breakfast and snack items. Their menu consists of a variety of breakfast sandwiches and donuts to hot and cold beverages. Unfortunately, this location, like many fast food businesses lack consistency in its quality of your food and drink. Luckily, in the times that my order has been incorrect or a breakfast sandwich luke warm, the staff have always been kind enough to replace it.

They were out of multiple things we tried to order. The individual who took our order had to ask us to repeat ourselves twice for every item (maybe their speakers or mics need upgraded). The item I ordered did not match the quantity pictured on the menu, and was very small for the cost.

The crew at this Dunkin deserves an honorable mention! Have been to many Dunkin Donuts in my time, but the crew at this one was outstanding! We visited on July 8th at 11am, while passing through the area. Make note upper management! These people should be future management! It was a Saturday morning and they were slammed with orders. It took some time to get our order, understandably as it was a large order, so I had some time to watch what was going on behind the counter. The crew was like a well-oiled machine! The person taking the order even walked me through using the kiosk when he saw me having an issue. He was also the one who was managing the orders, making sure the tickets were orderly and had each item on the ticket. He was a young, taller, stocky man. The woman working on the drinks was communicating about what drinks she had made (ours were 4 complicated iced espresso drinks with extra shots, oat and almond milks..etc and came out together and were spot on!) She was advising that the trash was full and needed to be changed. Same experience with the food order! They communicated so well with the rest of the staff. I even dropped an egg wrap on the ground when I got my order and the stocky man got right on making me another one ( in the middle of managing the flood of orders coming in) .

Bad idea to remove the cashier. We ordered donuts and had to wait 30mins bec of the long queue of all the others who ordered drinks. If there was a cashier, like in other places, I would have gotten our donuts immediately bec they are just behind the counter. I would’ve gotten them myself, I I could.

It’s decent for the most part but over the last month they have forgotten at least 10 ct of the glazed mini donuts it’s ridiculous there’s always at least one at least one to two donuts missing. Like how can you mess that up like every time? Otherwise it’s great

4 employees and maybe a manager behind the counter. No acknowledgment you are in the store. Order with a kiosk and pick up your lukewarm coffee when called. Disappointing. Store was clean and very easy ingress/egress.

The lobby only has mobile and online ordering which means you cannot ask questions or specify something about your order (like avoid certain munchkins or asking if they have egg white). Ordered a croissant sandwich and received a bagel sandwich. They also missed our donut on our order. Watched as others waited between 5 and 10 minutes for drink only orders. If they don’t want to service walk-in customers, then they should close the lobby and be drive through only.

Not sure the atmosphere. I go here cause bucksport has dumped two hot coffees in my lap in front of my friends. Want to say the coffees hot and they fill it 3/16 s it melts the plastic and my last time mentioning. Told several workers nothing done yet..Mike L
