Asked for extra caramel around my cup, received it initially with barely anything and asked Christa at the window if she could fix it to how I ordered it, to which she told me “it’s too late we already made it”, so I asked if there was anyway the could just dump it into another cup (mind you I always have issues with this location, anytime I ask for caramel drizzle on anything they never do it) & she proceeded to stare at me while talking to other coworkers about it then shoved this out the window with a sarcastic tone & smile while saying “here you go”. Please show me where my order was fixed or how you see “extra” anything on the side of my cup. Rude for no reason, and can’t complete an order to how they’re asked to be made.

I’m giving this 3 stars. Normally, it’s been a great location to go to. However, recently it has turned a bit south. The other day they completely messed up our order and the woman at the window wouldn’t even ask us to go thru our order again. She just assumed.

I used to love this Dunkin, but wow has it gone DOWNHILL. My order is incorrect 90% of the time. I order simple items like a latte or hash browns. My hash browns are always undercooked… I’m talking still frozen inside. I also get annoyed because there’s always an upcharge. The signature lattes come WITH WHIPPED CREAM, yet they do not put it on unless you ask, and if you ask they charge you 50 cents. 50 cents for a dollop of whipped cream is a JOKE. I also should mention it’s quite nasty when you are in the drive through line and you have employees standing next to your car smoking and using foul language on their phones. This is just a few of my gripes, I wish they cared more about the service they provide considering they charge $5 for a small latte. I won’t be returning after the last run in with the drive through. I’d also like to mention that the drive through workers are always pleasant and nice to me, I just wish my items were correct.

This location is full of employees who are SO kind, organized, and consistent. Sometimes they’re a little backed up in the drive-thru, yet I still am never waiting more than 5 minutes tops. I’m a creature of habit, so I tend to get the same drink. And it ALWAYS tastes the same no matter who’s making it at whatever time of the day. I believe there are a few different managers there, and let me just say, they are all always kind as well as the rest of the staff. I am also a manager in the service industry, so it makes me feel good when employees appear just as happy to be there as their boss. Especially the young adults! I will definitely continue coming here on my commute to work.

Nothing worse than cold, old, gross coffee that is supposed to be hot. This location has been terrible. 9 times outta 10 the coffee is disgusting and they are always out of food or donuts. Unfortunately I live very close by so it’s convenient to make a quick stop. I hope they can get their stuff together because I’d like to support a local business. America can’t run on this dunkin donuts….

There are new staff there and the service has went down hill.it starts when you are ordering in the drive thru. Not very pleasant , well we don’t have that we are out, you have to ask for a straw , napkins and a receipt, they push your order out the window while your trying to hand things off.

I think this DD has been sold lately, because before I would go out of my way to get my iced coffee from this DD. Today, I ordered my iced coffee and it is terrible! I ordered chocolate swirl and didnt get it. Bitter and too milky, it tastes like the Milford DD coffee now. I will never go back. It would be nice if retail places would actually place the customer above money. So very sad.
